I applied towards the end of August (used exactly the method described by johndhuk) and was marked in quidco as received just over a month later - just in time to be paid at the end of September!

P.S. I used IE (have all the security settings minimised and only use it for quidco).

How's this for quick!

OH and I applied through Quidco on 14th October, tracked immediately. Policy documents arrived 17th October. Mountain bikes arrived today, 23rd October! First DD not even due to be taken until 26th October.

Bikes even look quite good although still boxed up as we are using them as presents to ourselves for Christmas. Not a bad deal at all.

That seems a fairly good reason not to go through the Quidco/MTB sign-up route if you wanted the gym membership!

I applied first week of september and still only have it showing as 'tracked' in my Quidco account. Hope it all goes through ok, but getting worried. Have been using the gym for 6 weeks now and all DD ok, just worried I'm not going to get the Quidco money!

According to NetWalk, she and her OH applied on 17th October.

Well according to the Pru Health sign up page, the first DD comes out within 7 days of the policy starting to pay until the actual payment date which the person can choose, so by that, they should have taken money out already, even though the payment date is 26th!!

Netwalk, can you double check that they haven't taken any cash out, because as I said above, regardless of the payment date that you choose on applcation, they say the first payment is taken within 7 days to pay up until the date you choose.... sorry, hope that makes sense!

EDIT:

Did anyone else go the Mountain Bike route then ring up and change? If so, can you confirm how long after applying your first payment came out and how long after first payment before you rang up to change... ??

According to what Quidco told me today, a tracked purchase on 1st September is in the same batch for payment as one on 30th September, so by that manner, you should get it paid out at the end of October.... we hope!!!

Joined the Gym yesterday. called Pruhealth to activate my Gym membership. I have been told it will be activated in 2 days. Very smooth transaction... Quidco is tracking the transaction.

In simple steps:

1) Get a quote without clicking any link or clicking the gym offer link.
2) Make sure you haven't received any details mentioned about the bike offer in the quote confirmation email.
3) Go through quidco and retrieve the quote and complete the transaction
4) Quidco will track the transaction with the full amount shown from the immediate next day.
5) You will receive the welcome pack from Pruhealth in 3 days.
6) Take your Pruhealth card and go to your nearest cannons and tell them that you would like to join through Pruhealth and they know the process.
7) Get your membership number from Cannons and give a call to Pruhealth and your Gym membership will be activated in 2 days...
8) That's it and get fit...

If you go into your Quidco account, click on earnings (with a green pound sign by it), then click on ALL (or SEP 2006, if you prefer) it will show you when your different Quidco payments are scheduled to be received by Quidco
