I applied for the Pruhealth insurance, and the welcome pack came through today. I went through Quidco, but it isn't showing anything tracking. I use Firefox which may be the problem (but I don't see how).

What can I do to make sure Quidco track my application?

I've signed up with Quidco just for the purposes of this deal, but after going to the Pru site via Quidco and getting a quote nothing seems to have happened in my account. Having read through this thread other people seemed to have some activity showing after getting quotes. Does this mean Quidco isn't working properly for me? I'm only signing up to this for the gym membership, so if Quidco doesn't work, I'd rather go to the Pru site via the link on the first page, to minimise the risk of me ending up with the mountain bike!!

I have applied for the Pruhealth cover through Quidco. The way I have done it is go through the Quidco link and apply - I didn't click on any offers - no mountain bike or boots vouchers etc, just clicked on 'get a quote and apply'. If you read the Pru health page about the gym offer it states how the offer works.
It tells you to
1. See the benefits of Pruhealth cover on our website.
2. Complete our quick and simple online application form.
3. Once you have joined we'll send you a welcome pack, containing your membership number.
4. Call our customer service team with your membership number to hand and they will help you set up your health and fitness club membership.

It doesn't state you have to apply through a particular link to get the offer. I will let you know what happens. It is showing tracked on Quidco. I am ringing Pruhealth in the morning as I got my pack through today.

I applied on the 16th (Monday morning). Got pack today (Wednesday 18th).

Sorry to ask again, but can anyone help me here. I ordered through Quidco on Sunday, and the pack arrived yesterday, but nothing is showing as tracked on Quidco's website.

Should I cancel and try again using IE instead. Am I even allowed to do that?

I think you have 30 days from when your policy starts to cancel it

Thanks for the response - that's reassuring. I called Pruhealth and asked them to check my online application, and to confirm it was showing as a referral from Quidco. They have agreed to put a note on the system and contact me. Hopefully it will show up on Quidco soon, but at least in enough time to cancel within the 30 days if not.

does anyone know what you do about the induction after you get your membership number activated, for the 1st timne do you just turn up or do you have to phone in advance?
