I've been waiting for the gym pack to arrive to 2 and a half weeks now. Phoned them up and they were apologetic, saying Holmes Place had run out but that I should get it in the next 5 days.
I gather you have to phone up your Holmes Place directly to arrange an induction/gym plan; does anyone know if that's included in the subscription or are you charged extra for it?0 -

My yup was actually in response to someone who asked me if it had tracked through quidco...:o

OK, I've read what people have done to get the offer and Quidco and it is easy to see why there would be confusion. I have not taken up the offer myself yet, I will take it on the 31st as I cant use it until I move house in November and want to make the most of it but here is how I think the best way to take up the offer is and get both based on what I have read.
I think you should use internet explorer, for me when putting in the URL for the gym offer the get a quote link doesn't work but on Internet Explorer it does.
Anyway, here's my guide:
Step 1: Open Internet Explorer and go to the quidco website. Log in and find Pru Health. Go the the Pru Health website through the quidco link.
Step 2: One the pru health website has loaded copy and paste the following into the address bar:
http://www.pruhealth.co.uk/uk/prudential/ nosessionrequired/q2a/offers/gym.jhtml
(Remove space before nosessionrequired when copying, or Right click on the link below and click on "Copy Link Location" or similar depending on browser.)
http://www.pruhealth.co.uk/uk/prudential/nosessionrequired/q2a/offers/gym.jhtml
Step 3: Click on the red "Get A Quote" button in the top right.
Step 4: Enter your details for a quote and order.
This is just a best guess based on what has been said so far, I hope it works for everyone - it's quite simple, hopefully the simplicity will mean there are less things that can go wrong and mess up any quidco tracking. If it doesn't work I can only apologise, however I am quite confident in the technique and will be using it myself. If you phone them up and they tell you that you have a different offer, insist that you used the Gym offer, that you clicked the link from the Gym page and that the Gym page itself said to order as normal - I can't see them saying no as this is the truth!
Let me know how you get on.0 -
I have just applied for the GF but I went through the whole process on the Quidco "mountain bike" link as I think that has the best chances of tracking with Quidco.
Then as soon as the first payment comes out (within 7 days apparently) then I will ring them and ask when is my gym pack going to arrive. If they change it to the gym offer for me then all is well, if they won't change it, or if Quidco doesn't track then I can cancel within 14 days under distance selling regs....
So hopefully all will go well.....

Mine has tracked in Quidco using IE.
HAs anyone who applied earlier in the month or earlier in the year had this paid yet? Some advice on how long it takes to pay would be appreciated. According to Quidco it's "Fast, 1 Month Average)
As I said in the Quidco thread, I am still waiting for my Prudential Car insurance cashback to come through from early August - nearly 3 months ago?!?!? That also said that payment speed was "Fast, 1 Month Average"
