Having the same problem, genuinely bought a ps2 and cars game thinking we would get the discount as the sign said "ps2 and game". They agreed it was an overprice as it was misleading but would only refund £20, refused and took it away and have contacted customer services online, think they will just fob me off

I think we will all be pleasently surprised on monday or Tuesday, if the lawers are looking at it I really dont see how they could back out of it, We really need to stand our ground on this.
Seems like most of us are doing the right thing and not accepting anything but the full refund.

They have admitted there is a misprice by offering a part refund and have gone against thier own policy

It seems as though they are being very inconsistent with the policy. I think everyone is right to hold onto their purchases for the time being, and refusing any offers made for £10 or £20 refunds or the game free. With so many people in the same position, they will probably eventually just cave.

As this is a major nationwide Tesco cockup I was just wondering if it would help us to get it resolved quicker if we were to let Martin know so that he can mention it on Monday or whenever he is next on the TV?

Not sure that is the best idea....seeing as we set out originally to deliberately get the consoles. Best to just wait and see what H/O say when they come back to us on Tuesday? Maybe after Tuesday if it hasn't been resolved.

Got my first non-meat/cheese R&R today :j The Whitney Houston CD. Had a bit of trouble as apparently I had the wrong one - did everyone else get the double CD pack? Apparently it was Whitney - Greatest Hits that was the cheaper price, I had Whitney - The Greatest Hits!! Got the R&R though as the poster advertising the offer said The Greatest Hits too! Funnily enough the SEL had already been removed, so they couldn't verify if my barcode matched, which suggests somebody else has already R&R'd that CD.

Any ideas if any of the other CD's are still scanning wrong? All the scan points are out of order at our Tesco's :mad:

Poppadoms scanned BOGOF at our Tesco's - the lime and coriander ones. Wotsit shelf labels all removed!
