dont know if it helps but i had full refund on psp and "car" game after saying it was a bundle....pos says £10 off if purchased together not £10 off the game !!! ...HO this am stated that this was an overcharge - phoned manager and full refund altho when claiming was asked y i had scanned at self service...said i didnt think i had correct items at that point as game scanned at £29 odd not £32 as SEL stated I expected it to scan at £22 so went to check if items were correct .

IF IT HAPPENS FOR ONE CASE IT SHOULD APPLY TO ALL

Welcome....if you go back to about post 580 and read on, you may gain some info on whats expected ....and what you can do

Trading standards will not help you pursue r&r.

Can't find the original poster for the XBox premium 360 + game to thank but got one before they took the advert down.

CS had to check with a manager but went through with full grace from Tesco. Was shaking a bit though, did not think they would do it.

A full XBox 360 & game worth £320. There was a card saying XBox and game saves £20 it did not happen so they refunded me in full and let me keep it.

Literally just got back from an hour long discussion at tescos, but got ps2 & over the hedge for free. Was initially offered £20 back, then free game, but stuck to my guns. They telephoned store manager at home & he said clearly an overcharge so full R&R. This is DD1's xmas present now Thanks to all of you!!

What time did you do this? Mine was about 1.30 this afternoon and I would like to work out wether anyone trying past a certain time was refused as head office had been tipped off.
Also, I think it would help anyone like myself that are trying to get this refunded and are waiting, could anyone that did get refunded please state store, date and time. It will help others cases if they can quote that to head office and then ask why they were not treated the same way.
It seems like there is one rule for one person and another rule for the next.
I have spoken to Head office and I am told the legal dept is looking into this now. That to me is a good sign.

Mine was at about 6pm Hull Beverley Road store, (tried york & beverley today but offer had been removed) my refund was today.
