do we have a praise board? because as britians we love to complain, not all sports direct staff are unhelpful just you had a really useless one or two but you think how large that store is.
even if 200 were total planks that leaves 10,000 who arent.0 -

Praise, Vent & Warnings is about 8 topics above grabbit, its really not that hard to find,
why don't you lot take a few minutes to have a look at the rest of the site, theres a lot more than just grabbit.......

call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -

My daughter works for SD she is 16 gets paid 3.50 odd an hour is given split shifts doing 4 hours then 2 hours off then back in for another 4 hours just so Sd dont have to fork out pay for breaks Hey but she loves it lol.
I can see why some of the staff may be a bit surley and off . Blame the organ grinder not the monkey staff only do what they have been told to do.
Ive ordered online several times and not had a problem guess its like most shops and online traders some people will have good experiences some bad.

Firstly may I please offer a very genuine apology for the use of the word Nazi. It was not meant in a literal way; more so by the fact that everyone jumped on me and started tearing strips off me despite me explaining quite clearly that I was not merely ranting, I was trying to save anyone else from experiencing the same poor service. I am an intelligent, well-read and liberal woman. It was a momentarily lapse in common sense and social graces.
Secondly, I agree that I should have put it in the vent forum and linked to it on future SD threads. I honestly didn't think of that.
Thirdly, whilst I acknowledge it was deeply inappropriate of me to say Nazi; I also feel it inappropriate the way I have been set upon by forum members. Including via personal message.
I can only apologise from the bottom of my heart for any offence caused on what was an incredibly stressful day for me. Considering I have been brave enough to come and apologise and risk the wrath of more posters, perhaps you could find it in your hearts to accept said apology and move on.
For what it's worth.. I did not deserve the treatment given to me by Sports Direct, despite some posters suggesting otherwise. What they did was ruin my daughter's birthday and then refuse to rectify the situation. The managers final decision was that i should post the goods back and await a refund for the item but not the postage.
So.. enough with the messages now, ok.
