Hi Layla - It must has took a lot of guts to post this - in my eyes that makes you a bigger person than a lot of the people who have jumped down your throat - I personally think you reacted as many mothers would have knowing how disapointed your daughter was going to be - hope you get things sorted out & that your wee one still managed to have a nice day

Fair play, I apologise for calling you a moron. I don't agree with anyone sending offensive PMs, that is well out of order.

I can see why some of the staff may be a bit surley and off . Blame the organ grinder not the monkey staff only do what they have been told to do....... ;):rotfl:
So that's how billionaire Mike Asley makes more money......

Always find the in-store staff great. Good on her for working hard, too.

PS - Showman_Bill - read a few of your posts recently. Lot of sense in them.

Finatra your doing it again. While I applaud Layla for apologising why are you now falling over yourself to praise her? forgiven for maybe using the wrong terms, absolutely, but then praised for it, no way.

Edit, on the subject of PM's while I do send them occasionally, Mine are never offensive if I have something critical to say, I say it in the public forum.
I never critisized her in the first place. Obviously you are more familiar with my posts than I am myself as I am not sure what you mean by doing it again. Falling over myself? To be nice to another MSE'r? Yep I can understand why you find that annoying
  • Wow - that was a good 5 mins wasted - nice thread :rotfl:
