And what about nuts? Is there a minimum size? Erin keeps trying to get my muesli in the morning should I let her try some?
Obviously I should avoid salt and too much sugar, anything else?
Do you avoid using a spoon? Erin quite likes to chew hers on the few occasions we have given her a spoon.
I would let her try your muesli... The only thing you really need to avoid before 1 is honey and peanuts if there's a history of allergy... Can't remember if there was something else? You're supposed to make sure eggs are cooked through too...
I've always given C a spoon with her bowl but they're usually the first thing ditched over the side of the high chair... If she's in a throwing mood I only put things on the tray instead of giving her a bowl too...She also talked about me donating milk as am producing so much! does any one else do this and how does it work?A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Morning all,
It's swimming this morning, should be fun as we've not been for 3 weeks and I think Katie has missed it.
I've just cancelled an appointment with a dietician on Monday, I've seen her about 4 times already over various things, last time when I was pg, and despite me clearly stating to her I don't eat cheese she told me to add cheese to my diet! It left me feeling like it was a waste of my time as I wasn't listened to.
Fitz - hope Hollys lip is ok now.
Mel - have a lovely holiday
Jenny - I let Katie try anything she fancied it now means that 2 of her favourite foods are broccoli and olives.Proud to be dealing with my debts
DD Katie born April 2007!
3 years 9 months and proud of it

Lip is fine thanks - there were no real tears, just a stunned quiver for about 10 seconds. However she has just whacked herself on the head twice with her maraca so now has a red lump!
Enjoy swimming today. I really must take Holly again soon.
My friend's little girl has just turned 3, and she loves olives too. Yuck!
Your thanks count will be sky high in no time at this rate btw! I am laughing, picturing you going back pages thanking every single post now!0 -
searching_me wrote: »when did you decide on your careers and at what age? x
I did my degree, then my masters, then started a PhD, with temping in between and the plan to become a lecturer. From temping I ended up working in television and getting more and more contracts and considered documentary research/production management as a career. In the end though it was just too difficult for me to work 20 hour days and never know when/if my next job was due to start. So I applied for my current job, which I like a lot and has given my inspiration to go on to the next thing, which will require some further study but which I think will make me happy.:kisses3: You're a star! (but i can't find where it's available!)
Buyagift.co.uk has it for £59 and there's Quidco, plus I have a 10% code I can PM youOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

:rotfl: Glam I thank everyone unless I mis-click or a post really annoys or upsets me (cue everyone wondering if I've ever not thanked them and why... )
I'm busily installing Turbo Lister so I can upload all my ebay sales at once but do a few at a time rather than a big mad two days of solid listing. Other plans for the day include some organising, massive babyproofing, a trip to the shop to purchase hair dye (my hair is browner since being pregnant and I prefer to be a proper redhead) and a family walk. Also I need to get stuff ready for tomorrow, a friend of mine is taking some photos of Molly and I want to get stuff together for him. He's a semi-professional and is doing them for the fun of it, so I am delighted. We have a friend who's a professional photographer who kept saying she'd take some and hasn't so I'm pleased my friend's stepping in.
What plans do other people have?
I meant to pass on huge good vibes to Krystal's nephew and admire the photo of E. He looks so peaceful and cute.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

My hoover is stuck in the non-upright position!! Just googled it, would appear it's common... And I should ring Dyson and they'll tell me how to get it to stand back up... Will probably finish the hoovering first...
