Seems like he's got a lot of (emotional) baggage, trudij. Sounds like you've got him sussed though, don't let him mess you around xxxx

ps No choc today (apart from a few bites of DS's Kitkat caramel), but have had about a million calories and have a big day out tomorrow. What happened to the determined woman I was 2 weeks ago???

I have had no chocolate (yet) today, have eaten ok and have also been for a walk with my mum! A good day, all things considered. :)

buyitall, your determination is still there, you just need to dig it out xo :D

Chocolate report for today: one chocolate biscuit, have successfully resisted having more! Here's to an equally or more restrained tomorrow!

No choc for me yesterday, which was a real achievement for me as I did feel a bit down in the afternoon and came so close but didn't. As you know what stopped me? This thread and I am fed up with the little high it gives me then a low again. I think thats why I was feeling a little low yesterday as I hadn't had any since May 1st when I had a tiny square. And I plan to have none today!

buyitall you are still determined, you're just having a little break at the moment! I feel the same really, I had no chocolate on Wed, Thur and Fri then a bit on saturday and yesterday... well yesterday I mostly avoided chocolate but I ate 4 large homemade flapjacks  All in the evening so I felt really sick last night when I went to bed :o

Does anyone else find they crave chocolate more when they're feeling hormonal? Yesterday I felt like I would eat everything in the house and I quite often feel like that at a certain time of the month :o I went for flapjacks over chocolate mainly because there was no chocolate but also because they were homemade and probably slightly better for me? Or am I just kidding myself?

Oh well, I'm having none of it today, except maybe a flapjack, just one though :D

I really fancy some chocolate today. Not a 'proper' craving its more I haven't had any in over a week and I think I'd quite enjoy a couple of pieces.

I might do some work and then see if I still want some.

Hope everyone is enjoying their bank holiday

    Well done all!!!

ljaneyr, yes, I do crave it more at TOTM, as do most of my friends.

saverholic, over a week chocolate-free, wowza!!! You are doing great. Have you given in yet?

Vikki, I agree about the high-followed-by-low thing, it's really not worth it. :(

Working at home makes me want chocolate all the more. Sometimes I think I'd rather work somewhere like tescos so I didn't have to bring work home with me (btw not dissing people who work at tescos in anyway, I worked there for years:eek:)

Didn't really need to quote this message, just wanted to see if I could :D

Now I need to get back to my work and stop avoiding it by coming on here :rotfl:

Oh and I've already eaten 3 flapjacks today and I feel all full and a bit sick :(

And I spent a huge amount in boots, although I did have a total saving of over £40 on my receipt (which gives an indication of how much I spent). Pretty pleased with the 1/2 price sunglasses though :D

*now prising myself away from MSE to do some work!*
