I had a good day yesterday with no chocolate. It was mainly because I was observed at work thismorning and spent most of last night glued to my laptop planning. Stress sometimes makes me eat but when it is the sheer terror of an observation I don't want anything
Today has been good too. No choc although I did have an elevenses oat bar which I'm sure are crammed with sugar. I'm really craving choc now and I'm spending the evening in with my parents (how sad is that??? on a friday!!!!) because I'm completely exhausted.

I had some chocolate today, but am too tired to beat myself up about it. I ate ok apart from that, and have noticed something else - I haven't had any toast for 2 weeks! As I always eat it smothered in butter, surely that represents a serious calorie saving? I have been having a boiled egg and low fat Greek yogurt for breakfast instead.
Anyway, I am drawing a veil under today's chocolate and wiping the slate clean. I am at my mum's for the weekend and there in NO chocolate in the house, and the nearest shop is 20 minutes' walk away! So hopefully this will be a very virtuous weekend.

Managed another choc-free day yesterday, although I did have a few drinks, which led to a packet of crisps and then a curry :eek:, but hey, no chocolate!! :j
