Tara,.....why are you trying to do this, yet hanging on to the nutella....you need to get that stuff out of the house! If you buy it /are near it you will eat it I think.

I know, I know :o OK, I am chucking the rest of it in the (outside) bin right now!!! I know I'm only making life hard for myself.
I agree with LiR on the nutella, but then again it is my own personal nemesis and I cannot be in the same living space as it :) tara if it's any consolation I would have finished the jar...

My local shop didn't have any slimfast bars and the queue was too long to get out of it and go back to get any other chocolate so I am officially choc free today...

    Well done you! :T

You wouldn't have finished the jar BG, even I'm not that hardcore!!!! :rotfl:

I have had a mug of Options low-cal hot choc tonight, don't think that counts though, does it??

It definitely doesn't count!!!! If you like Options (I don't sadly), it's a good substitute and only 40cals-ish.

OK... off to the bin now.

Well, yesterday I had 1 choc digestive biscuit - but that was before I read and joined this thread! I would have eaten more but I adopted the 'grab biscuit, shut tin and run' method to stop me eating the rest of the packet.

I also drank 2 pints on ribena because I was slightly hung over yesterday but am now trying to avoid most sugar.

I'm working today then going to puppy training so less time to be tempted so today should be good!

    Good luck today everyone!

I would not bet on that!

Options definitely does not count as chocolate by the way. To quote 'oh brother where art thou' it would only arouse my appetite without bedding it back down again :)

I love that film! No choc yet today for me, I had a pretty hard day and still avoided the biccy tin when I got in. I'm starving now so I hope dinner won't be too long, not sure how long my willpower can hold out :(

I was feeling really good earlier but now I can hear the siren call of the chocolate bars in the cupboard....must resist...must resist.

Might bake instead. Not very healthy but at least its not chocolate. I haven't had a single snack like food item in since I joined the challenge. Makes me think about how much chocolate I used to eat since I can't really think of any *snacks* I enjoy that don't involve chocolate

I definately DON'T count hot chocolate. It just isn't the same as real chocolate for me. I don't crave hot chocolate and I wouldn't binge on it. Yes I enjoy it but I wouldn't be bothered if I had to have a cup of tea instead.

Okay I'm off to check what ingredients I have.

Not bad at all! That's a very controlled amount. If I can start eating chocolate in the way a 'normal'person would, I'd be delighted :j

    Same here. :o

I'm afraid I've given in to temptation this evening too, bought a bar of Galaxy on the way home after a disappointing WI this morning and a s****y day at work. :(

saverholic, what did you decide to bake?

    Same here.

I baked some flapjack in the end. Couldn't face baking anything more complicated, not in the mood for complicated.
