don't feel too bad tara. Tomorrow's another day. Next time you feel tempted think back to tonight and it'll help you resist.
You're right, and it could have been so much worse. At least I stopped... previously I would have gone in search of any other chocolate I could find!!! So I am making progress.
Right, off to bed, goodnight all xoxoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Have you tried the Paul McKenna book Tara? Apparently there's an exercise in there where you imagine a particular food to be disgusting or something like that (I didn't get that far, I got too hungry!)I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0

the short term hormone release buzz from choccy just leads to a longer period of payback by being more down ..

Yes, I've read it, must reread it actually. I haven't listened to the CD yet though as I don't have a CD player anymore!!! And I can't play it on the PC if OH is around lol.Eric_Pisch wrote: »the short term hormone release buzz from choccy just leads to a longer period of payback by being more down ..

Thanks for that, very interesting. :T
Right, I've just had my boiled egg, am off to work. I'll have my low fat Greek yogurt when I get there, yum. I also have a nice lunch prepared - more smoked salmon, cucumber, mini blinis (19cals each!), spinach and baby plum toms. OK so I'm going to have to fess up.
I made tiramisu for a family party. There was some left over despite the best efforts of FIL (he confessed 6 portions to me) and I figured that the washer up gets the spoils. This was on top of having eaten the little leftover bit that didn't go in the big dessert dish. And having had a proper portion myself as well. Tiramisu has a very good sprinking of cocoa powder on it, thus the chocolate element. But I did not go out and buy it, this is an important distinction to me albeit the scales will not give a hoot.
So three portions, or if I'm being honest, four portions since I also scraped the bowl out. You can see why I would draw a veil over it
today I am chocolate free. (so far)0
