Chocolate digestive or plain digestive??? lol

I gave in to my cravings momentarily about half an hour ago... sat down with the jar of Nutella that is still lurking in the cupboard (I know, I know)... and after a couple of tastes I actually started feeling a bit ill, like I knew it wasn't what I really wanted (!).... so I put it away again. Hopefully eating good food the last few days and the lack of chocolate is re-educating my stomach. :T:T

I am still taking baby steps, but all in the right direction. I am not going to have my posh chocolate this evening, I've had enough for today. And *that* is progress.

Only joking:rotfl:, one biscuit isn't going to do any harm, as long as you stopped at one then you can be pretty pleased with yourself. :) It's all about the progress!!!!

Good for you (and tracking points too, I just can't seem to do it, maybe that's why WW ready meals are so successful, the points are all calculated for you).

I have to say I don't know how to cook. Live at home with my parents still so lots of naughty food in the cupboards. But I have my own fridge and cupboard with my own foods in. So mostly stick to them. I eat packet meals, mostly from ASDA as they do a great range. So I know the points on them as my mums meals I don't. I try and make sure I get 3 portions of fruit a day, 2 litres of water, pint of milk etc and the meals are additive free etc. Its the only way I can loose weight. I popped on the scales earlier and it looks hopefully like I have lost this week. As I am finally getting a grip on it. Keep telling yourself why you want to do it, and keep reminding yourself. Drum it in and it becomes second nature, slowly starting to get there hopefully! But still have weak moments :(

Good point. I am going to dig out some of my skinny clothes for motivation!!!

I love to cook (and bake), would happily spend all day in the kitchen but obviously there's only me and OH to eat the stuff lol. He's a great cook too.
