Good, I'm glad you didn't enjoy it. :D

Not enjoying it may not have formerly been enough to make me stop at half a bar though.

Ladies, today I got an email from Milka (some others of you may have availed yourself of their free bar of choccie recently).

Can I suggest if this message appears in your inbox, you DON'T OPEN IT. It may contain a nasty virus which will corrupt you and you are strongly advised to DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY without opening it!

    :rotfl:

Dear goodness, it's choc attack from all sides!!! Text, email... what will they do next?:eek::eek::eek::eek:

No chocolate so far today. Last night I had one of my remaining posh chocs and that was it. I was so proud of myself. :) How's everyone else doing?

    Here's to a choc-free day!!! :j

Thanks glowgirl, yes, the support is really helping. :)

I must confess to 3 squares of G&B white chocolate... a friend offered me some and I was too weak to resist! She then tried to make me take the rest of the bar (she is trying to lose weight too lol), but I firmly declined and made her put it back in her bag! I feel annoyed at myself, but it is progress compared to before. Currently sitting eating some M&S strawbs and very nice they are too. :)

Can I join in pretty please??

I have a serious problem when it comes to chocolate. My family think its hilarious but I really don't. Its to the point I don't even enjoy eating it, I just can't stop myself (so embarrassed :o).

    Bored?....eat chocolate
    Hungry?...eat chocolate
    Upset?...eat chocolate
    Happy?...eat chocolate

I'm in the middle of a couple of very stressful weeks so don't want to quit cold turkey but I'm going to try cutting down and, when I can, stop completely.
