I have a problem. It is made of vegetable fat and sugar and any number of other unhealthy ingredients. I cannot seem to stop wanting it, craving it, seeking it. Well, the challenge is going very badly so far. I feel very ashamed and I know that I need to pick myself up RIGHT THIS MINUTE and not wait till tomorrow to start again, but it is very demoralising. This is really my Achilles heel. I'm off to read some articles about the ingredients in chocolate to strengthen my resolve (and maybe gross me out a bit!).
