Hi everyone, long time no see! I've been really busy but doing well on the choc front. I started my get back into shape diet a week ago on sat and weighed myself at my boyfriends house on what I know to be unreliable scales. I was so shocked by my weight that I only did it the once so no idea if it was accurate. I was also fully dressed and had eaten breakfast. Anyway this weekend I bought a scale and I have lost 6 lb! Taking into account the fact that I then weighed myself naked and before breakfast I'm assuming an actual weight loss of about 3lb but still really pleased! Bikini here I come!

Having said all that it was my mum's birthday so on sun had a 3 course meal and a huge glass of wine. Thought it was a good idea to let go then get back on the wagon today. I have to say I enjoyed every mouthful of it!

    Loving the sun down here!

Hope everyone else is doing well

    Lx

Big confession time!! I feel like the naughtiest girl on the Tara's Chocolate Challenge thread. Yesterday I ate a big packet of chocolate coated peanuts, in the region of 1000 calories .

Today I have carried on the theme by eating a packet of chocolate biscuits (it contained 9), a packet of Aero Bubbles and a bar of nougat. The biscuits and nougat were lovely but I didn't even enjoy the Bubbles.

What's gone wrong is that for the last 2 days I haven't planned my food for the day which has left me open to temptation.

I won't let it ruin the good progress I'd made and I'll try hard to be good tomorrow.

Good for you footymadgal, that's the right attitude!!!!

I have been pretty good the last couple of days... a few choc biccie slip ups BUT I picked up and put down a jar of Nutella! I am so proud. Normally I would just buy it without hesitation. I bought some WW apple crumble slices instead (they are yummy) at 90 cals each.

    Here's to a good choc-free BH weekend!!

I have finally got to the end of my couple of busy weeks so from now on I'm back on the challenge...no more chocolate. And you can smack my hands if I fall off the wagon :D

Won't be too difficult for a couple of days. I made a gorgeous banana bread loaf yesterday YUM YUM that I'll nibble on instead

OK.. I'm back and so is this challenge!!! It's 2 weeks till my first holiday of 2011 and I have been exercising for the last 3 weeks or so, still not really losing any weight so it's time to get drastic. It's the chocolate that's causing the damage.

So........ I'm going to have NO CHOCOLATE for the next two weeks. It's going to be hard but it's going to be worth it and it's only for two weeks (surely even I can manage that)!!!! :)

Will you join me and encourage me? I would be very grateful xo
