I think everyone on here is doing really well - for me it's unrealistic to say I won't have chocolate at all. I have certainly cut back dramatically on my normal intake, and it seems like everyone else here has too. Keep up the good work, and let's not be too hard on ourselves for the slip-ups xx

    Same here.

I baked some flapjack in the end. Couldn't face baking anything more complicated, not in the mood for complicated.

    Yummers!!!!

That made me laugh out loud literally!:rotfl:

No choc or unnecessary sugar for me today, but after dinner I did eat a LOAD of grapes, a plum, half a big pot of plain yogurt, a chunk of cheese, and a dry slice of bread:eek::eek::eek: At least most of it's healthyish? And I don't feel nearly as sick or as uncomfortable as I did last weekend after polishing off a big bar of cheap fruit and nut simply because it was there. I don't even like it.:o

Well done everyone today, you all sound as if you've managed to cut back:T
Thanks for revealing the meaning of CS tara, I spend ages working out what all the acronyms (don't think that's the right word?) used on this site:rotfl:
"It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. It's called living." Terry Pratchett
    Bought our house 2012 :) Married 2015 :D Started renovating 2015
Renovation fund... what renovation fund? Emergency fund 40% Future fund... ongoing...

I'm afraid I've given in to temptation this evening too, bought a bar of Galaxy on the way home after a disappointing WI this morning and a s****y day at work. :(

saverholic, what did you decide to bake?

:( hope you are okay, am off to the weight loss thread to see what happened :(

:rotfl::rotfl:Surely you may as well just buy one now?!!? Instead of spending it on chocolate? :rotfl:

Had a pretty bad day today, it started off in the morning when one of the customers bough me a belgian bun I INSISTED I didn't want anything but he came back with something anyway, bless! I wasn't going to eat it then did :rotfl:. Then I ate two chocolate bars (milka with daim pieces - drool) and cam home and ate some nutella. Better luck tomorrow I think!! Just wish the customers would stop buying me food!

*groan* My older sister, who knows I am on a diet has given me 14 creme eggs for my Birthday. I don't want any as if I have one I have them all. Any good ideas how to shift them out of the house pronto! I am not back to work to Tuesday!

I think you can freeze creme eggs - maybe they would last longer if they were dotted around the freezer???
ps reading this thread really makes me crave whatever is mentioned, now I want a Daim bar or a Creme Egg SO bad!

((((hugs)))) vicster, hope you did better today! :A

Today has been even worse for me, I have eaten far too much - including chocolate - and didn't even get to my PowerPlate session. :( I am feeling very up and down atm (mostly down). I'm off to my mum's tomorrow for the BH weekend and will be on a serious detox for 3 days!!!!

I agree, freezing (or binning!!) them would be good, or you could just give them back to her (as she must like them herself lol) and ask her to buy you something non-chocolatey!!! :)

    Evening everyone

Spotted this thread and thought I would take a look:)

You're all doing really well with the chocolate cutbacks!:T:T

I have totally cut out chocolate and haven't eaten any since Ash Wednesday. I also cut out the crisps and fizzy pop I feel so much better for it. My skin is a lot clearer and I've got more energy

I'm not sure if I have lost any weight as the scales don't like me!:eek:

    Keep it up everyone!:T:T:T
