My dig in seeds are doing really well, just did the french bean ones the other day. Courgettes doing fab as is salad!Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0

Do all Morrisons sell the flower buckets? Needing some larger pots so I can grow some carrots in.....
My dig french beans - only 2 out of 5 have grown. But those two are doing well - one is about 5 inches tall and starting it's second set of leaves and will soon be transplanted to a grow bag outside.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Only 1 of my 6 dig in french beans have grown, anyone else have a problem?
I have those flexi tubs for my carrots £2.50 in ASDA. £6 in garden centres.0 -
5 out of 8 Dig In french beans have germinated so far, so has the lettuce and the basil. No sign of the courgettes or carrots yet though, but I only sowed them last weekend so maybe I shouldn't worry yet.Oh dear, here we go again.0

Picked up some Freegle plant pots and popped into Morrisons to buy some buckets. They were smaller than I thought they were but very useful - and they said i could have them for nothing as the flower lady was busy and didn't want to put a barcode on them.
Planted the Rocket seeds that came free with GOOD FOOD magazine.0 -

Turned 3 large 5litre water bottles into mini cloches. Sorted out my shed and discovered a load more bubble wrap i had accumulated from varies deliveries i had received. Excellent for covering seedlings.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

Spent a very happy 5 hours with DD yesterday digging over the raised beds and then topping up with HM compost! Even better was picking spinach and chard sown last year that decided to put in a second appearance - amazing when you think of all that cold weather we had not so long ago!!0
