email them , they take 2 days to reply, but they will answer you. Copy the dell 1st email and then ask when your order and delivery will be confirmed. Let me know how you get on

How many boxes did you get Zippy? Looking at my dispatch note, it appears to be 3 on the way for delivery.

Ordered two PC's. One for me and one for the sister in law. Wife accepted delivery, but knows nothing about PCs. Got home at 9 pm to find only two base units.

The boxes were marked x from 6. We got 1 from 6 and two from six!

ive e-mailed Dell as they didnt call back as they said they would do on monday, see what happens.
