I just spoke to a guy at Dell re my order for several units and managed to get a 19" ultra TFT in place of one of the crt's
They are already discounted from £354 to £284 on the main site but by not having the 17" crt with one system I managed to bag one for £169
I have a delivery date of 21st Feb though normally these dates get shortened by a couple by the time it gets to dispatch day.All Dell'd up several times over

Still nothing further from Dell since their email on Monday, despite several phone calls and emails to them.

I`m one step up from the email (if you can call it that) I have now had an email from Claire in the pre-delivery dept (as opposed to just customer service) saying she will make my order a priority. I will believe it when I see it,lol. But as has been mentioned before, its just a case of sitting tight, not wasting your money phoning and emailing if you have to but then waiting 2 days for a reply. :drool: :dance: Timberlake Hussy Clique Member No 3 :dance: :drool:0

I haven't heard anything from Dell either despite calling three times.On the third occasion the woman said she would pass my order onto somebody called Andrew Browne and he would contact me either Friday (Which he didn't!) or Monday (Which I hope he does!!!) 0
