Ok, so apparently the order i placed 6 weeks ago is now not on their system anymore and i have to reorder even though i have a confirmation email saying they will honour the deal. Does anyone have any recommendations for what i can do next?0

Try contacting Paul Diamond at Dell who was responsible for processing all these orders. I phoned - again. I've been passed from the UK to India to Ireland and back again. It seems that though I have an internet receipt number and they have a record of the order there is no order number so someone is supposed to be "getting back to me" on that. They'd also cancelled my memory order...but hadn't told me. Now it's re instated and on its way...I just hope my computer order is sorted soon!0
