Well I'm a B and I got my 3 machines yesterday! And a mistaken one is on it's way, so anyone's guess how they are dealing with these.
I wonder if it's because I emailed them and gave them my customer number from a previous medium sized business order?

Ahhh...I too gave them my customer number from a prevoius Med Bus order, maybe thats why the "extras"

Ive finally got my Pdf. from dell

I think someone tried to ring yesturday, but I couldnt answer.
Everyones orders will be processed eventually, you will just have to be patient.

Guy from Dell just rang to ask how many orders I'd placed ! Lol, guess they've noticed they've duplicated some orders ! Denied I knew, saying they'd have to speak to hubby ! Shall I say 1, 2 or 4 ? ! LOL

Tell him several, the server was playing up due to so many trying to order at the same time, but you distinctly remember hubby hitting the return key on at least 3 occasions with 3 systems in his basket

I 've just rung to chase my order up (again) and was told that all orders would be processed by Midday tomorrow (Saturday). I was told that my order had a query against it because of the issue of exporting to the military. He was trying to tell me that they had classed myself as being part of the military sector! (they must have found out about my year in the army cadets at school!!!).
Still it is an original excuse for not processing an order.
