We've saved over £100 this month by being tight gits
so thats another £100 for the challenge.
Im on target to complete the challenge in the next few weeks, anyone else think they'll do it with in a month?0 -
I think it will nearer two months for me....but that will still be two months earlier than my original debt free date so i'll be very very happy. Fantastic you can do yours so quickly. It's a great challenge isn't it.January budget

Mirtos wrote:Why not get yourself a food hygiene qualification? Most FE colleges do them in the evenings/weekends or part time, and it would be a fun way to use your skills and make money. MAybe ask learn direct where to start?
Have considered this and maybe in the future but the problem is then a question of the kitchen and, whilst my kitchen is not unhygenic, it would not be up to standard and with 2 kids and a house to run....
I think the only way would be to have a dedicated kitchen - anyone else done any of this baking for profit bit.
I've also made some jam/chutney which I might flog to my friends - how much do you think is a reasonable charge?7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -

I'm not sure what you'd charge for this. I know my parents go to a farmer's market and they can pay up to £3.95 for a jar of something!!! I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I see any other prices.
I've managed to do some extra treatments by repeating an offer I had earlier in the year. So that's another £90 off my total but because I like round numbers i've added another £4. So i'm down to £500....yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
Edited due to some typos!January budget
