WI this morning and another 2lb gone :T was REALLY surprised as haven't eaten nowhere near as much as usual probably due to being under the weather, hope it doesn't hit me next week :o it being * week when I WI as well :(. Just goes to show how different we all are and how differently food affects us. Also the longer we do sw the smaller our portion sizes do become. [well mine have :rotfl:]
Syns wise up til now I've only had 14 all week although I know the weekend will be more. Am defo going to have more of hubbys hm garlic mayo tomorrow, limited myself to 1tsp last week as quite high in syns.

Well done for your loss!:T Hope you feel better soon!

My Step-Dad loved Monkey World and has a memorial plaque there, we had a collection for them when he died and they put the plaque up as a thank you. My Nephew was there last week and said theres loads of memorials so Grandads was a bit hard to find but they did find it. Loved watching the series on TV too.

Oh, go on!! We could all share our secret weapons. I find sugar free polos are hideous and keep me on the loo for hours - doesn't help my weight tho', sadly so don't try this at home.

say you make a shepherds pie or a chilli - and stuff it full of veg to bulk it out
do you still have to have a 1/3rd of a plate of recognisable veg when you have a ton of hidden ??

    Hi everyone,

    Here's today's menu:

B: 2 wholemeal toast with beans.
L: Tinned spaghetti with grated cheese on top.
D:Fish and scallops with baked potato and corn on the cob.
Snacks: Strawberries, fat free natural yoghurt 1 sponge finger (1 syn), monster munch (5 syns), cadbury's fudge (6 syns). Options choc drink (2 syns) - total 14 syns.

I had made a flour free choc cake I had seen on slimming eats, it turned out really well, but I just don't like the taste of artificial sweetner and could not eat it.:( It took 6 eggs to make it as well. Never mind, I am as well saving my syns for a real cake if I want it, nothing beats the real thing. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. xx

All of the vegetables you use will count towards your 1/3 of a plate, doesn't matter if they are hidden or not!
