Takeiteazy, I do believe I saw online that one Tesco wholemeal pitta is now a HEB! That really really really was the best thing ever for me, as I love just a load of "mediterranean" vegetables stuffed into a pitta. I am going to check before I post this though .... wait there ......
good job I checked - it's ASDA wholemeal pitta! See under "new healthy extras", it's definitely there!

Word on Facebook is that Asda have discontinued this! :(

Thanks for the input re: the different plans everyone. I am feeling a lot better this week and even after going to a concert last nigh - Jace Everett *heavy breathing* never thought I'd say this but Alice now has to make room on his pedestal. Wow! and Wow! Where was I? Oh yes, I came home and didn't dive straight in the cupboards, I had a healthy sandwich and yog. Thinking green is definitely the plan for me with a bit of EE on other days when I need it.. Just hope the scales agree with me. Finding green actually easier than EE.

On the flipside of what you've all been saying I find using the book easier than the net. It's not very well set up I agree but I take it everywhere with me and use websites like minimins and the SW one to check the syns that are not in the book :)

However can anyone tell me why on page 24 on the HEb page it says I can have 2 dark rye/original/sesame ryvitas and then directly underneath says I can have 4 of the same ones? Given the choice I would obviously have 4 but have just been having 2 just in case.

You can have 4 as a HEB but you can have 2 as a HEB as a speed food :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Ah, thanks for that :D Handy to know.

Ali, I was ravenous I must admit but didn't fancy going into Maidstone town centre on a friday night for food. Luckily for my diet :rotfl: So felt really saintly just having that - though if the kebab shop in our road had been open when we got back I might have been tempted to have a chicken kebab instead ;)

Just goes to show how different we all are and how differently food affects us. Also the longer we do sw the smaller our portion sizes do become. [well mine have :rotfl:]
Syns wise up til now I've only had 14 all week although I know the weekend will be more. Am defo going to have more of hubbys hm garlic mayo tomorrow, limited myself to 1tsp last week as quite high in syns.

I find festivals the worst!! @ Sonisphere last year me and OH ate nachos, chinese, burgers, hotdogs and drank pints and pints of beer!! It was a serious case of the "drunk munchies!"

Hi yamamama, what size skinny latte did you have? The largest one (venti) is 8 syns on all plans so you've got at least 1 syn to spare there. Don't forget in future that you can use a HEA on your latte if you get a tall one, making it essentially free. Or get a grande, use a HEA against it and syn 1.5 for the difference. Apologies if you already know this but "free" starbucks is one of my favourite things about being on SW:o:rotfl:

    Hi Claire

It was actually a tall skinny latte which when I looked at syns online it said 5 syns - even better!!!!!! Like ou I'm glad I can still have starbucks - don't know how I'd survive the shopping trip if I couldn't. lol
