    Hi All,

Didn't have a very good day yesterday at all BUT I still wrote down everything and counted the syns so today I got straight back on track which is a HUUUUGGGEEEE thing for me :j

Does anyone know how many syns in an oreo McFlurry (any guesses where some of my syns came from;)?)

Also can I have 142g dried apricots as a HEB on extra easy or is it just green/red days?

Thanks as always for the help :)

Yes you can have the apricots but the 142g is for stewed apricots, if you want dried ones you can have 71g as a HB
When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!

    Thank you both :)

That's a relief about the apricots. I like them but in small quantities so 71g is much more manageable :rotfl:
Just trying to mix up my HEB's a bit!

And *gulp* about the McFlurry. Definite flexi syn day :p

I had my first weigh in - really my starting weigh in and found I was a stone heavier than I thought I was... That's not a very good start!

I am pleased that I have stuck to it this week, although I still seem to end up eating fruit and yoghurt for meals as I can't think of anything else and have been very hungry a few days.

Hopefully the weekend will go well - always a test - and I will manage some more sensible meal plans with the help of your suggestions next week.

Still, on the bright side, I've been getting my five a day!

Oh, bean medley sounds nice. Do you have any other beans in it at all or just canellini?

It's one of those that you can put any beans in you fancy. I usually have it as part of a meal with Slimming World chips with the Cajun Shotz on them and my 2 oz of cheese (both my "a" choices"). Tastes like you really shouldn't be eating it!:D

We met at the Ally Pally Scrapbooking Exhibition last October - I'm aliscrapper on UKS too!

:rotfl:I've been chatting to you on the UKS SW thread too haven't I?? Doh! I knew I was bad with names and faces but this is a doozy even for me!

OMG! Just clicked. Was that at the ATC stand? I went into a right nervous tizz then! :p Did you go in April? I met up with a few people again but wasn't so shy this time.

Was your hubby the one who ended up lumbered taking the photos for everyone?? :D

Yes I did meet you at the ATC stand! I did go in April but had to go on the Sunday as it was Other Half's birthday on the Saturday and I didn't have the heart to drag him round Ally Pally on his birthday!:rotfl:

Other Half is also a mad Alice Cooper fan!:D
