Yes you can have the apricots but the 142g is for stewed apricots, if you want dried ones you can have 71g as a HBWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Hi Rainbow...
I can't find the oreo one (guess its a new one) -but here are the ones listed
Dessert, Crunchie McFlurry, each 16 Dessert,
Smarties McFlurry, each 15½ Dessert,
Dairy Milk McFlurry, each 16
Hope it helps..-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Thank you both
That's a relief about the apricots. I like them but in small quantities so 71g is much more manageable :rotfl:
Just trying to mix up my HEB's a bit!
And *gulp* about the McFlurry. Definite flexi syn dayStart weight - 13st 6lbs

I had my first weigh in - really my starting weigh in and found I was a stone heavier than I thought I was... That's not a very good start!
I am pleased that I have stuck to it this week, although I still seem to end up eating fruit and yoghurt for meals as I can't think of anything else and have been very hungry a few days.
Hopefully the weekend will go well - always a test - and I will manage some more sensible meal plans with the help of your suggestions next week.
Still, on the bright side, I've been getting my five a day!0 -

It's one of those that you can put any beans in you fancy. I usually have it as part of a meal with Slimming World chips with the Cajun Shotz on them and my 2 oz of cheese (both my "a" choices"). Tastes like you really shouldn't be eating it!:D0 -

Yes I did meet you at the ATC stand! I did go in April but had to go on the Sunday as it was Other Half's birthday on the Saturday and I didn't have the heart to drag him round Ally Pally on his birthday!:rotfl:
Other Half is also a mad Alice Cooper fan!:D0
