thx for taking the time to give me such an informed answer

i def need to try something new and different as im not happy continuing the way i am and knowing im eating things im not allowed is making me unhappy

my mother has recently done fab with SW doing the red/green days

what is SW's stance on alcohol pls ? my tipple of choice is white wine or VRB - sugarfree obviously :)
i have also been drinking far to much to be healthy - my husband had a stroke out of the blue at a very young age and have found it all very hard to deal with

    thx

when i LC i feel full of energy and vitality never get hungry and dont get mood swings or obsess about food

but knowing all that i still see carbs as a treat and choose them as a comfort food :(

I love my carbs too, protein is supposed to make you feel fuller but I have never found this so give me carbs any day :D

Feeling MUCH better today :T think it was a bug as heard several staff/pupils have had the same.

    B - weetabix [bs] milk [a] coffee

L - mugshot, babybel [a] vanilla & chocolate muller [think this fills any craving for chocolate so maybe why I don't need syns]

    T - stirfried veg, noodles

    Snacks - pineapple

Syns - :o:o:o:o:o none again :o:o:o:o:o I know I'm supposed to have them but I have not even given them a thought as haven't needed anything synful :o:o:o:o. Will do better tomorrow with my pittas.

Do I really need to eat syns if my body is telling me I don't want any?
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I feel the same ( or i thought I did) I have low carbed too and i agree about how it makes you feel but its just imossible to sustain IMO.

Ive been doing SW for a week and I have eaten a lot as I have jsut had the depo injection and it is making me ravenous lol.

I havent eaten any bread whatsoever or anything flour based in a week and I feel ssooooooo much better than usual!

I personally think its bread and refined cerreals that are the worst. Ive always been able to eat sugary based things without feeling tired/ rough/ run down.

A slice of bread thou, or pizza or pasta has me slowed right down so i try to avoid where possible.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Hiya,

Well, had my weigh in and stayed the same. I'm fine with this because of the * - so hopeful of a big loss next week. My sister lost 4lbs, so she is :j.

    My menu today:

B: 2 wholemeal toast (HEB) poached eggs.
L: Tinned spaghetti with grated cheese grilled on top (HEA)
D: Beef rogan josh, boiled rice.
Snacks: Hi fi bar, 6 syns, christmas mince pie 8 syns, 1 sponge finger 1 syn - 15 syns.
(I usually have a small treat on weigh in night).

I'll continue with my walking and swimming this week and hopefully it will come good.:)

    See you tomorrow. x

Hi everyone :D Not been around for a week or two. Hope you've all been doing well :)

I did fab last week, lost 4lb. Made the mistake of bringing curly wurlys and cereal bars into the house this week and only lost .5lbs at wi today as was snacking on them instead of fruit. Blimey those Kellogs high fibre bars really didn't like me. Loads of terrible wind and tummy cramps so nice as they were I'm sworn off cereal bars again. Think my naughty treat will always be the blue cheese. Um num num.

A friend recommended I try a green week (I've only done EE so far) because I hardly eat any meat. Am worried that having extra HE's will put the weight I've lost back on but will give it a try for a week. Like tonight - can't believe I was able to have my skimmed milk as HExA and then blue cheese with my dinner and earlier 3 ryvita as a snack as 2 HExB's. Am back to how I was feeling at the start - can I really eat all this?? If I can then green is the way for me ;)

I'm like this too. I don't eat meat and only have fish occasionally but I worry that I will be having too many HEs on Green though.

Had a bit of a day off the plan yesterday. I didn't binge or anything and wasn't particularly unhealthy, I just couldn't be bothered to count syns and HEs. Back on it full throttle today though.

At my meeting this week I asked the consultant for some more food trackers but she said they're not supposed to give them out after the first four weeks. Can I print them from anywhere?

I might buy the 100 sauces book next week as it looks fab.
