I have also made some tartar sauce  -will see how nice it is once it has stood -I love the stuff and I can have it on my salad free -saving 0.5syn on dressing .
well done on the losses everyone :T

Hi MRSMCAWBER, may I ask how you make a syn free tartar sauce? My recipes are based on either mayonnaise or olive oil? I do like it!

Have you got a slow cooker? I put mine away but used it alot in the winter for stews and curry

I used to have a slow cooker but gave it away since none of us really liked the taste of food cooked in it for some reason? I use my Remoska a lot and and absolutly love it - I recently bought an actifry and I can't decide which one I love the most! They both make life so much easier for syn free cooking. The actifry makes the most fantastic SW chips:T:T:T

Hello I've just started doing green days but I think I am eating too much

Breakfast - alpen light and a banana
Lunch - 2 large jacket potatoes with beans and a muller light
Dinner - loads of spaghetti with quorn and tomatoes

Late night snacks - slimming world rice pudding made from recipe, 2 yoghurts, 1 banana, handful of red berries

Does anyone think this is too much? my portion sizes are also big because im hungry all of the time

    Thanks

It is a cream cheese - Philadelphia Cream Cheese - you can buy it plain or different flavours plus most supermarkets have their own name similar type "philli" cheese.

    Thank you!

well I've still only managed 1 syn today...the ML lemon cheesecake thing.

Folowing the plan 100% to get that pesky naughty 3.5lbs off & I am so full. I really can't fit them in.

I've not long had my 2nd B choice cos I forgot I hadn't had it.

I'm spending too much time on the pc so I have challenged myself not to come on till Mon

If I need some moral support though I'll pop in here ;)

    Onwards & downwards folks!!! :rotfl:

I'm no expert, but as one third of your plate is supposed to be superfree food (that is, fruit and most vegetables, but not parsnip, peas, beans, potatoes) you seem to be missing that. eg lunch you have no superfree except the yoghurt, so perhaps one of your potatoes could have been broccoli or mushrooms or salad. Even your "loads" of spaghetti could perhaps have been cut back and had some other vegetables with the tomatoes (courgettes, spinach, asparagus?) , though I acknowledge quorn is superfree. Just my thoughts ....
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

I thought the 1/3 superfree only applied whilst doing extra easy?? Maybe I've been doing it wrong!! :o
