Dreading weigh in tomorrow.
Reached my target 2 weeks ago. Then had birthday celebrations & have been unable to get back on the wagon.
I couldn't get to class last monday.
I haven't been too bad since Friday so I hope I've not put too much on.
How embarrassing!
Lisa x

If I have any cheese in my hea then I put some grated cheese on the top at the end and let it get brown, but its okay without. It's nice with sw chips.
I was really peckish last night and decided to cook a packet of pasta n sauce. It was free food and I knew that but it tasted "naughty" and so I felt like more to eat after it - does this happen to anyone else? Anyway I had a bowl of cereal which was off plan but it could have been worse I suppose:o
Today I got up late and so have just had a late brunch of omelette, filled with leerdammer light slice (hea) and mushy peas, followed by a mullerlight and some grapes. The kids are going out with their Dad this afternoon and so will have tea with him so there's just me to cook for tonight. I have chicken thighs in the fridge so may do them on the George Foreman and have them with some jersey royals and salad.
Weather here is quite cold today so I'm happy to stay in!
Hope you are all enjoying the Bank Holiday.
Thanks Jane for the receipe for the tomato and onion over the cod.
I don't often eat cod as I like it with a sauce (or batter!:rotfl:) and all the pre-made up packets I have come across have been so high in syns. Going to give this a go with Slimming World chips tomororw night - yummy!:D0 -
Well done rupe and brokebutnotbroken! I have just been looking around the SW site and it is quite encouraging - I am in on my own and have done all my jobs and so am at a bit of a loose end and that can often lead to eating rubbish:o Anyway a look round the SW site was really good for me. I have just marinated the chicken thighs for tea (lemon juice, lime juice, old bay seasoning, chicken seasoning, pepper, dried onion and salt) - I've just realised that all the recipes I post have got dried onion in them! I buy the jars of dried onion flakes in Costco and I just love them - they are just dehydrated onion so are free (checked on the syns online).Jane

Thanks recovering spendaholic for your recipesounds scrummy
Today's food is EE
B - 28g banana bisks with chopped banana (heb) Milk (synning this today = 125ml of milk = 2)
L - Egg, bacon, toms, mushrooms and reheated leftover potatoes
D - Lasagne (making it the "parent friendly" way) packet of cheese sauce made up with milk (= 3.5 syns per portion) with 42g of grated low low over the top (hea) with SW chips
Fresh fruit salad for dessert (making up for lack of 1/3 superfree!)
S - Cookie (4) chocolate muffin (3.5) - its obvious * week is on its way lol
Total syns = 13 (still have the w/g crackerbread to have to make up the rest of heb)
I made the chocolate muffins from an Asda packet mix. The whole thing is 56 syns (including the added milk) but i stretched it to make 18 muffins (instead of 6 lol) which = 3.5 syns per muffin! Yippeee!!All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Any ideas x x:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -
Jo4nne, brokebutnotbroken, and rupe34 congratulations on your losses:T
nic2075 congrats to your OH on his new job, but boo for having to be apart:(
aliscrapper - I love cod and have had it a few times with the schwartz creamy parsley sauce mix. Its 5 syns for the whole pack, and you only need half for one person. Use some milk from your HEA and you have a lovely sauce for only 2.5syns. I like the sound of recovering spendaholics tomato sauce though, will try that next time for a change.
wendyphant - i've no idea if its even the same thing but I bought a schwartz tuna napolitana sauce mix at the weekend. Haven't tried it yet but its 5 syns for the packet?c_l_a_i_r_e wrote: »
OH has cooked a ham for dinner so will try and have that with some vegetables and a little gravy. Will read back later x
Well couldn't face that dinner in the end so had some nimble toast (HEB) and cheese(HEA). I'm having a green day here today, still don't have much of an appetite but much better than yesterday:
B: 1 x weetabix (1/2 HEB), 175ml unsweetened soya milk (1/2 HEA), banana
L: 2 x ryvita (HEB 2), 2 x diarylea light triangles (other 1/2 HEA), tomato
S: coffee, pineappleSW chips, beans, 6 quorn chicken style dippers (3 syns)
