Another 2lb off this week, making 7 so far. I'm following EE, and finding it very easy to stick to. I'm not being as inventive as some of you, just finding meals in the magazine or on line. But as its working, I can live with it.
We're having roast pork tonight, I just need to resist the crackling!!

    Well done!:T

Hubby came with me to Asdas and bought loads of junk for him and the kids, they are now scoffing on giant cookies, mini doughnuts, Welsh cakes, Smarties cookies and a large Raspberry trifle

I'm hiding in the living room with my laptop and a cup of tea :( ....

I know how that feels - my Other Half needs to put on weight (not fair!:(); so I often go onto the computer to escape the "naughties"! Well done you for removing yourself from temptation - it's really hard to do!:T

Not feeling quite so depressed about 2 bad days although friday was within the weekly syns so probably only 1 bad day then hmmmmm.

Today I tried for a syn free but that hasn't worked so will try to keep low instead.

    B - weetabix [b + 3.5syns] milk [a] coffee

L - chicken salad, hm coleslaw [tsp xlight mayo, half a syn] new pots, babybel [2syns] boiled egg, fat free dressing. Avoided hubbys hm garlic mayo even though its delish.

T - not sure yet, probably pineapple & muller or more salad as loads left, determined to be good today.

    Syns - 6

Was going to have pineapple but someone left it out of the fridge and its gone mouldy, am gutted.

Re the pineapple - I noticed on mine yesterday that is says not to put it in the fridge so after I had some last night I left it out but it's not looking so clever today!! What's that all about then? Mine usually lasts me a week, but can't imagine it lasting that long out of the fridge!! It does taste better when it hasn't been in the fridge though :)
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)
