I love cottage cheese too, but only the one with chives and onion!! I have on my salads instead of salad cream. Had never tried it before SW so very glad I found I liked it.Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass

If you like cottage cheese try whizzing it with a stick blender and a small amount of low fat mayo. It makes a lovely dressing for hardly any syns (and if you don't like the texture of cottage cheese, it gets rid of the lumps)I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

Evening! My my isn't it warm!?
Re Cottage cheese, Asda do a gorgeous Sweet chilli one (1.5 syns for the whole pot) which is lovely on a jacket or with salad! I imagine it would give more oomph to a SW Quiche too!
Re Quaaaaaaaark (it is not quork as it would have been spelt that way!!!
)- Quark is our friend! I love the stuff, in cheesecakes, omelettes, quiches, as a sweet dip, a savoury dip... its the best! Lol.
Today has been EE
B - 28g mini banana bisks (1/2 heb) with chopped banana and yogurt. Cup of coffee (milk as hea)
L - Chicken and ham salad followed by New York Cheesecake ML (1)
had a cracker (1.5syns) in work as i was soooo hungry!
D - Chilli con carne (2 for the sauce) with rice (am v naughty as didn't have 1/3 superfree!) had a few tortilla chips with my chilli (my bad!) Which i calculated as being about 6 syns!
Total syns = 10.5
i still need to have the rest of my heb which is a w/g crackerbread which i think i will have with a tsp of reduced sugar jam (was gonna have choc spread but changed my mind!) which would take my syns to 11 which means i can have a coco rocks bar with my cup of milk (rest of hea) later which takes me up to 15 syns! (woohoo!)All hail to the sale!!!!!!

I've found that this week... I just can't be bothered to eat because I'm not hungry. A couple of times I've skipped breakfast or left lunch till about 3pm.
I made the SW pizza and really enjoyed it.. it will be a keeper.. especially as I have about 7 balls of dough in the freezer that I will need to use!"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

I make SW-friendly hummous by blending together a can of chickpeas with a little of the liquid, some garlic cloves to taste, black pepper, a teaspoon or two of sesame oil (2 syns a teaspoon) and some plain yoghurt. Dead easy and very tasty! Only the oil has syns, but the oil gives it that hummous flavour so it IS needed.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I know this sounds mad but Ive never used chickpeas before, Ive got some already in.
Do I have to cook them or use straight from the tin?0 -
