Bit the bullet today and joined Body Optimise finally. The way my week is, its just not possible to regularly make a weekly meeting - but I've got to do something. Weighed myself in town today and it was a bit of a shock. So - money has been parted with ;)

Aww, good luck Rupes. I've found hanging out on here keeps me a bit more focused.

Have lost 9Ib over last 4 weeks.. hoping for 2Ib off tomorrow but don't think I've made it this week due to a Saturday night blip (for blip read a whole weeks worth of syns in one evening) despite being good since and doing some exercise. We'll see... I think I feel a bit bleurgh today and I think it is looking like eggs might be an IBS trigger for me as I had eggs with gammon last night and felt bleurgh, and used an egg in cous cous frittas today and feel bleurgh this afternoon... anyways, I digress.

    Welcome aboard! :D

    hello!

    Today has been EE

B - 2x weetabix (heb) with chopped banana and milk (hea) Cup of tea

L - Jacket spud and baked beans

    S - rocket ice lolly (2) 1/2 tube of smarties (4.5)

D - Sweet n sour chicken (2) and hm egg fried rice with courgette and mushroom stir fry (we have tons of courgettes on our allotment atm! Gonna be sick of them soon!) 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce (1.5)

Total syns so far = 10

That leaves me enough to have either a coco rocks bar or one of my mum's fairy cakes for 4.5 syns! :D
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Well............I'm not happy! WI tonight and I've put on 1lb!!! This week I'm going to do my food diary sheet and take it to class then if I don't lose she can check it for me. I have a 45 min private riding lesson on Monday which will be seriously hard work and should burn a good few calories!! Just had my pizza and chips and it was soooooo not worth it!!! I don't know why I bother with ready made food these days.....I never enjoy it.

You know when you REALLY look forward to eating something and then don't enjoy it? Well that was me last night. Will not be having Dominos pizza again, wasn't bad but not up to the standard of papa johns and the garlic bread was tincy. And to cap it all it filled us all with wind. The scene from Shrek, where the family are in bed and blowing the bedclothes up, well that was us :rotfl: felt bloated all night too. So wasn't worth falling off the wagon for :o.

Today I have mostly been eating:

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

L - mugshot, new pots, onion, babybel [a], muller, fibre plus

T - noodles, frittas, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, beans

Snacks - banana, sugar snap peas, pineapple

Syns - none, to make up for yesterday
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

when i've stuck to plan rigidly i find that even a little cake gives me bloated crampy wind :( i think its a sign ;)

Well just done my weigh it and to my suprise I have lost 3lb:j:T - was expecting 2lb. So I have made up for the 1lb on last week. I am one happy bunny today as that mean I have my half a stone. I'll have to make myself a little badge :) Just 3lb to my mini goal point in 2 wks time.

New syn allocation today. I had 36 left of last weeks 105 (not sure how lol). I'll keep to the same this week though just incase I need them.

    Today (EE)
B - Scrambled egg with spring onion, beans and mushrooms (F)
    L - Pasta & tomato sauce (F) salad (F)
    D - Homemade W/M pizza (HEb, HEa & F) Salad (F)
    Snx - Yoghurt (2) Granola (5) banana (F)

I can't believe how excited I feel with this eating plan... something is finally working that is so so easy and I'm having a pizza that is within the plan! Hope it is nice now.

Good luck for today everyone xxx

Today I got on the scales just to check if yesterday's result was a fluke!! But no, i'm definately about 5lb lighter than when i started SW and about 7-8 lb lighter than I was in May. I'm v pleased. :)

Trixie I am finding it really exciting too! Dinner is my favourite meal of the day and it's nice to be able to have meat and pasta etc not just salad!

    Today:
Breakfast: Banana, Alpen light (1/2 heb)
Cups of tea throughout the day with 1/2 hea skim milk
Lunch: 2 x small ww toast (1/2 heb + 2.5) beans, bacon and egg
    Snacks:
    Fresh pineapple
Bit of cucumber and luttuce salad with low fat feta (1/2 hea)
Dinner: not sure yet. fancy something meaty but dont know what to get out of the freezer yet. will have to search for some recipes.

PS Mrs M the chicken was fab! excellent sauce, thanks! :)

hi guys! Are white pasta, egg noodles and white rice free on extra easy?

    Also what are the B's?

I am hoping to go on extra easy after my holiday but if I can stick to it vaguely whilst away (!) I will do. I have been doing weight watchers for years and am scared that eating all this free food will make me put loads of weight on, did anyone find that ?
