As i have only had 3.5 syns and whatever the new ML yogs are (1.5ish?) so i can treat myself to a cake (or 2! hehe)

Hi - I have done some research re. Mullerlight.
    Here's what i've worked out

    Vanilla and Choc - free
Orange and choc - free (had one tonight, gorgeous!)
    cherry and choc - 2.0
    strawberry cheesecake - 1.0
    new york cheesecake - 1.0

hope this helps :) has been puzzling me for ages! Loving the new flavours!

    Tomorrow's plan (EE)

Breakfast - Banana, Alpen light (1/2 heb), Muller light cherry flavour if I feel like I need it

Snack: 2 x ryvita (3.0 I think) with ham, tesco light cream cheese (3.0) and cucumber and then some fresh pineapple

lunch - leftover creamy chicken pasta, salad with 21g feta (1/2 hea)

Other 1/2 of hea will be skim milk in cups of tea over the day

Snack - Alpen light bar (1/2 heb)

Dinner - mrsM's buffallo chicken (made with skinless legs) (2.5) SW chips and salad and corn on the cob

Dessert - strawberry cheesecake muller (1.0) with the desperate housewives finale!!!!:j

    Total syns = 9.5

Any feedback appreciated - I'm still learning!! :o

also - is ryvita 1.5 each? mine are wholegrain with seeds.

    Thanks
    B.

Struggling a bit at the minute, not so much with the plan, I do mostly EE, more so I feel like Im cold turky-ing from sugar etc!
I think about food from morn til night!

Morning all. WI for me tonight so please keep your fingers crossed! I think I'll probably walk there and back if its a nice night. Here's my food plan today:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B) and a banana
Lunch - salad, 2 boild eggs, cous cous, fat free dressing. yogurt with mixed berries
Tea - I can't say as it's too naughty! It's my post weigh in treat (ok I'll tell you.....pizza and chips! yum yum!)
Snacks - Pineapple and a plum.

Ah dilemma! Would be more fun and girly to watch it with her tho :)
I am so excited, it's been a good series. I love Angie, she's one of my favourite actresses (she was so funny as Joey's sister in 'Joey' too!)

Just had my own weekly WI and I've lost 2lb! I'm surprised coz I went over syns at the weekend and was so worried i'd messed up. Was dreading the feeling of a gain, so I'm very happy :D

Wait and watch it together :)
Me and my 4 housemates did that and it was more exciting as we were all going "squeeeeeeeee!" at the same point, very exciting bit with Angie and Patrick!

Right, free buffet tea tonight, hopefully I shall not stray too much though :(
