today's plan:
Breakfast: 2x weetabix (Heb) 1/2 Hea Skim milk
cuppa with skim (0.5)
Lunch: mug shot
Salad with 21g low fat feta (other 1/2 hea)
Dinner: Pasta with bacon and chicken in creamy sauce (made with low fat fromage frais or quaaaaark if i can find it on the co-op) otherwise will make it with tesco cream cheese (4 syns for 56g)
Mullerlight - orange and choc (free)
low syns today - had a blowout at the weekend and didnt do well yesterday either so I am dreading WI tomorrow morning...Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Just to say, a couple of eggs scrambled in the micro is a quick and easy brekkie.
It's light to eat, and doesn't use up any syns or healthy extras, so thats a bonus too.
I went to a summer ball that the weekend, had a great time but have gained 3lbs so I really need to focus now. It is a shame as I was doing so well - why does weight go on so easily but take so long to come off???I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Ahh, do you mean, for me the favourite has to be apple and sultana? I read it as though, for it to count it has to be apple and sultana!God is good, all the time

Hey All,
I am a little miffed at the moment - stuck to the plan 100% last week - with exercise and only lost 1lb! I ideally wanted to loose 4.5lbs!
Spoken to my consultant (i get the vouchers from the doctor - on my 4th set!) and she said i can go on the fast forward plan for a week - it is very restrictive but i really want to get my 4.5st award (8lbs loss!) for next weigh in as i have my final wedding dress fitting next friday!
Another lady at group lost 7lbs in one week (she was alot smaller than me when she done it), so fingers crossed it works for me x
Well done to all loosers and good luck to all those still to weigh in x0 -

ah girl don't be disheartened,i felt like that a week ago and i took this week off,but to get off the diet is hard and when i went back to eating how i did it made me feel rubbish and bloated,my advice would be to stick with it,maybe you are retaining a little water or your body is just catching up? hang in there i'm sure it will get better!
do you want to do the restrictive thing? sounds scary to me!!:eek:

What is the fast forward plan then? Sounds interesting!

no no girl,the whole variety are HEB,but my favourite is Apple and Sultana,my problem is that i can only eat 2 of the bars and i have to syn the rest :mad: :rotfl:how moorish are they???!!! yum yum!0 -
just bought some summer fruit alpen light. nice but more-ish coz they are only small! will have 2 for breakfast and see how i get on with that - would like to save my hea till lunch/dinnerBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I know how far i have come and i am really proud of myself - but i just want to be able to get to the 4.5st award for my wedding dress fitting - then for 6 weeks i will aim to stay the same ish so the dress still fits then after the wedding i will carry on until target - i reckon i need to loose another 5ish stone to get to target - not sure as i have quite alot of skin that might not go back! Will talk to the doctor about surgery if it gets to the point!
Sorry for the rant - just getting me down a little, but i am still on plan (which ever one it is! lol) and not going off the rails!0
