i'm taking Alli, and its awful and makes my poo orange and i only lost a pound, beginning to think that this is my weight now,i missed out on KFC and have been SO GOOD this week, yet i only lost a stinking pound!

seriously thinking about jacking the diet in,i'm 4lb lighter than when i started and alot more neurotic/unhappy,my consultant gave me her number and yet never answers the phone, whats that about?

forgive me for moaning, feeling disheartened and grumpy now

My brother has been taking xenical, prescribed by his doctor, for a couple of months. The first month he lost nothing:mad: but the second month he is 11 kilos down!

Stick with it,and sw,but allow time for your body to catch up with mind in terms of change:D

Some people don't approve of alli/xenical but I am of the opinion that if it makes you happy then it can't be that bad;)

I take lots of supplements, mainly for hormone balance and energy levels.I also have the odd colonic:eek: (which I luuuuurve btw):rotfl:.It's all up to how you feel.

    Good luck. x
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T

I've been considering a colonic irrig (for about 2 years!) Kelly; now here's a question, does it make a difference weight wise? I just think if it really does clear out *ahem* stuff that's been lodged in the bowel for years it MUST make a weight difference too .
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Some people do lose a few pounds depending how full they were....:rotfl:

I only usually come out about a pound lighter but my stomach is always really flat after, which I love.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They probably do help you lose weight as when your bowels work better everything else works better,IYSWIM?!?

I prefer the 'bibby' method cos you are in control of everything, the therapist is just there to adjust the taps! It's very difficult to explain how it works, and what it feels like.It is definitely one of those 'don't knock it til you try it' kind of things.

Though I am in good company.Princess Di used to have 2 or 3 a week. That was when she was bulimic though!

My advice is go for it:T:T:T:T

    Green day here today:

    B: 2 x weetabix (HEB1), skimmed milk (1/2 HEA1), Coffee

L: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms & peppers

D: Pasta, sweetcorn, olives (1 syn), chopped tomatoes w/ chilli, 42g mozzarella (HEA2)

S: Hi Fi BAr (HEB2), 2 mikado sticks (1 syn)

Kept the syns deliberately low as OH bought one of the takeaway Indian sets from Asda for dinner tomorrow:eek: so need to minimise the damage.

Morning all. I'm feeling please with myself today, stuck with my plan yesterday and only had 4 syns which should give me a bit of leway for the weekend if I need it. Tonight we were meant to be going to OH's parents for tea but she then rang and said did we fancy going out for a meal instead, we said yes and off she went to book the golf club. the netx message was....the golf club was full so she'd booked the local fish and chip restaurant!!! ARRRGGGGHHH!!! I don't even particullarly like fish and chips! ANy way, lovely OH decided to be nice and rang her and convinced her a pub meal would be better so they've booked one I've never been to before. We had a look at the menu online and there's a couple of healthyish options so I'll be ok!

he rest of my weekend could be difficult though.....I'm the treasurer of our local agricultural show and it's the show this weekend. We get our lunch provided but it's my first year of doing it so I haven't a clue what it'll be!! I'll be having brekkie before I go and tea with my Mum and I'll take lots of fruit to snack on to keep me away from the ice cream vans and hot dog stands!!!

Blimey this is becoming a long one! I'll just finish with my plan for today:

Brekkie - 42g weetabix crunchy bran (HEA&B), Banana
Lunch - Jacket potato, salad, tinned mackeral, fat free dressing, yogurt
Tea - Pub meal, either steak with salad and jacket potato instead of chips or a salad and jacket potato.

    Have a good day everyone.

~daisy~ I looked for your choccies -but couldn't see them -they had "ranges" on so the "continental ones" were coming up at 4syns each ... the individual chocs seemed to range from 2-4 syns each pretty much....
