I have no idea about syns, but just wanted to say 'well done' for stopping at three! :j

I'd have scoffed the lot if I thought no-one would notice (chocolates are banned in my house)

I might get into trouble for asking this but does anyone have any extra special tips or tricks. So something you find always helps you get a loss be it a certain amount of water or eating or not eating a certain thing, or green tea, or, shock horror, any supplements to speed up your metabolism or keep things moving (!)

    I am just interested!

Hi Sian, my extra special tip is just one word. ME.

Why am I trying to lose weight? for ME
Who pays the fee at Slimming World? ME
Who feels a food (EDITED to "fool", Freudian typo there!)if weight goes on rather than comes off? ME
Who feels proud with a loss each week? ME
Who is beginning to approach semi-strangers and proudly say "Can you tell I've lost weight?" ME (!!) :rotfl:
Who buys the food in this house? ME
Who cooks the food in this house? ME
Who is the only one who really really cares what I look like? ME.

Who is the winner if she loses and the loser if she gains? ME :T
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

It might just be coincidence, but I find that if I have one morissons organic 'weetabix' (1/2 HEB) with part of my milk allowance each morning (HEA), I lose weight faster than when I skip breakfast (I am not a natural breakfast eater, and I do slide back sometimes).

I have also found that I have lost weight much more easily during this hot weather, but I am drinking more, eating more salads, and generally not wanting to snack as much.

Hmmmmm .... my tip is to emigrate to a hot climate :D

Interesting how people naturally eat 'lighter' in the summer, and feel lighter as a result.

Maybe it's the heat, maybe it's the thought of revealing more flesh?!?

I've always found it a bit odd that detox time is in January, exactly the time of year when your natural instinct is to wear 3 jumpers and scoff anything warm and fatty in sight!!!!!!!!
