I'm going to try this when my frylight runs out and will count it as free. The frylight I have contains 56% olive oil so I don't see why not plus you will be avoiding all the nasties.

My thoughts exactly. I did it again today with an empty frylight bottle i had hanging around. it sprays a nice fine coating and i'm not counting it as it's more water than oil and the cals work out lower than frylight.

SO....I got in late tonight - Avoiding the kebab shop on the way home - only to discover I had hardly anything to eat for dinner. Settled for a Muller rice. Turns out one pot of Muller Rice has TWICE the SW syns as a small chicken kebab!!!

So i've gone over my sys limit without even meaning to. Damn.

On the flip side, i've been synning 2.5 for a tbsp of mayo - turns out mine's extra light which is only 0.5 so i'm even now!:rotfl:

Treated myself to a malibu and diet coke tonight too. lovely stuff. :D

    Tomorrow's plan:
Brek - 3 Ryvita, 3 extra light laughing cow, 2 cups of tea
Pineapple and cherries (from the market - £1 !):money:
Lunch - same as today - Pasta, tuna, green salad, green veg, hard boiled egg

dinner - tesco cod in batter (7.0) SW chips or boiled potatoes, lotsa veg

    dessert- Muller light

HeA - 1/2 milk in tea, 1/2 laughing cow
    HeB - Ryvita
    Syns - 7.0

Question - I have a mullerlight yoghurt every day (fruit or toffee) as they are free. Is it ok to have one every day or is that overdoing it a bit??? :o

Have one a day, or two, or one after every meal if you like- they are FREE. :D

The only mullerlights (at the moment) that aren't free are the blackcherry and chocolate ones which are 2 syns each.

On the muller lite front, I have 1 every day occasionally have 2 but I am still aware of how many calories are in them. They may be free but the more you have the more calories consumed. This debate has been done before but it does make sense to keep it at the forefront of your mind when eating them. I still think one or two are fine though. Play it by ear, if you eat loads but the weightloss stops, try eating less of them. Common sense really.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Nearly all are free including the fruit ones, the lemon cheesecake [.5 I think] is NOT free nor is the cherry layer with choc sprinkles [2 syns] not sure if there are any others at the moment.

Morning all. I was away for 4 days last weekend and ate everything I wanted....ice creams, sausage rolls, big teas with chips and have put on 1.5lb....Im happy with that as I really expected it to be 2 atleast.

However......I am damn well determined to lose at least 2lb this week! OH and I walked to class last night (he isn't a member, just accompanying me on my walk!) and on the way he told me that perhaps I should try eating less then I might lose some weight for a change!!!! I can safely say I was less than impressed with that comment....especially coming from Mr skinny who can eat what he likes and doesn't even have a big appetite (I do!!). I'm perfectly capable of losing the weight if I stick to plan and no one sabotages me!!

    Soo....here's my plan for today:

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B) and strawberries
Lunch - salad, 2 boiled eggs, couscous, salad cream (2)
Tea - pork fillet, stir fried with veggies and noodles. Hoisin sauce, oyster sauce & soy sauce (need to check syns).
    Snacks - I have 2 satsumas but I don't like them much!!!

Yeah I noticed that those ones aren't free. No surprise though given that they've got choc bits in them! YUM though!!! :o

Yes you're right of course it makes sense. If you were to eat 3 a day it wouldn't be all that good for you even though they are free, as you'd be eating them in place of the fruit you'd usually have I expect. Good to know I'm not alone in having one every day though!

    thanks. B.

PS - still reeling over yesterday's Muller Rice - 10 1/2 sys! shocking. Must be packed full of sugar.

Lisa - my OH is the same, a really skinny guy who never puts on weight. Only difference is he does have a massive appetite and can easily eat enough dinner for two and then polish off a pack off biscuits! not fair
Sounds like you had a fun holiday though :D

The vanilla and chocolate sprinkles is one is free and is lovely with strawberries. There is also an orange and chocolate one that comes in a 6 pack with the vanilla and chocolate and cherry and chocolate, and that is free too. (shame the cherry chocolate is 2 syns as it is yum. :p)
