    Muller lights are 4 for £2 in Tesco and 6 packs are BOGOF until 20/7/2010
    they were 8 for £2 at one point but that deal's over :(

    They had the little ones for 59p for 4 in Heron Foods.

    According to 'mysupermarket'

    ASDA has the six packs on offer at £1.38,

    and Mr T has the six packs on bogof for £2.85

    Hey hey!!

    WI today. I haven't weighed in for 3 weeks and i am v pleased to report another 6lb loss! Woohoo! That has averaged 2lb a week which is pretty cool!

    Green day today :)

    B - 28g Banana bisks (1/2 heb) with chopped banana and chopped apricots, milk (hea1)

    L - 6 x wholegrain crackerbread (heb2) with 42g of Boursin Light (sooo nice for 3 syns) Fruit salad (mango, melon, cherries and grapes) Shape 0% yog

    D - Potato gratin (from an old SW mag that i found) using my hea2 of cheese

    Snacks - 1 w/g crackerbread with choc/nut spread (1/2 heb + 1.5syns) Might also have a small choc twister lolly - 2syns

    I am seriously going to be sick of crackerbreads by the end of the day! lol.

    L - Veggie Chow mein (0.5)
    D - 3 x fish fingers (6) massive salad, potato salad (1) and tartare sauce (1)

    S - banana, yoghurt (2) Cereal (B) (all in same bowl) Ryvita (B) Ham(B), Feta (A)

    total syns - 8.5

    I've asked before but no-one got back to me... can anyone tell me how many syns Granola is please.. just the bog standard one, so I can use it as a guide. Thank you.
