Well i've had a terrible week yet again. I did the race for life on Sunday and thought some lbs would come off (esp with all the heat!) but they haven't by the look and feel of it, so not feeling too good about it at the mo. WI is tonight and am dreading it. Will have to say try again this week coming, fingers crossed there'll be no distractions from it.
xDebt to clear: feels endless...

If you were to chop it into dice it would be pretty similar. If you were to get a massive bowl of bananas and puree or mash them up and sit and eat them all I can see why it was a problem but if it is just an easier way to eat the one banana you are having I think don't worry too much! But I am not a consultant and so that is just my opinion
I agree with this- I have had ryvita with banana before now and not synned my banana because I squashed it slightly with my fork to get it stay onIt's not like I've squished 10 bananas in order to eat more than I would if I had just eaten them IYSWIM

YAY!!!!! WI today - 3lb down! That is amazing for me because my weight comes off grudgingly at 1lb a week even if I'm super good.
But this week I did 'success express' basically it is the same as EE, but instead of 1/3 you have 2/3 of superfree veg on your plate, and when counting syns you take the highest value (wheras with EE you take the lowest value). But the major advantage, for me, is that you still get two HEAs and two HEBs. The syns don't really bother me as I use them for treats and mostly the count is the same on all days, although I have found that I haven't craved syns so much anyway.
I have also upped my liquid intake considerably, as I bought myself a large pint sized plastic picnic tumbler, and am drinking loads of asda bitter cranberry diet drink (free) topped up with loads of ice and fizzy water.
I'm sticking with SE this week, and keeping my syns well down, as I have a summer ball on Saturday and I'll be on flexible syns that night for sure!
Good luck to everyone else with WIs today/tomorrow xxI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Wow well done on the loss. SE sounds like a good plan when you need a boost. Will bear that one in mind.
Are all Free foods on EE the same on SE??
Looking forward to WI tomorrow, even thought i've only been doing the plan properly for a few days i feel better in myself.Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
