Does anyone know can you eat two bars of anything else apart from those HiFi bars or Alpen light as ur fibre option?
Saw a cereal bar in Sainsburys today. Think it was Be Good to Yourself, green pack with similar calories & slightly higher fibre content, think it was maple syrup & something with less than 3% fat.:p

My son (aged 9) is making my tea - pizza. I know, I know it's naughty but he's making it with wholmeal flour. I thought I would be able to count at least part of the flour as a healthy extra b in lieu of bread.
Does anyone know whether you can?
Doesn't matter really as I'm eating it anyway - just need to know whether I have to count 9 syns for flour - might as well have had white flour for only 1 syn more ;-(

I'm looking for some idead for meals at work. Im currently living on Jacket potatoes and salad with meat or jacket potatoes and beans. I think if I eat another one I'll die!

I don't like pasta at work really and anything that's a faff on is no good as I work in the Police Control Room and don't have a lot of time. Any healthy ideas?
