hi again just one questions today - is total 0% greek yoghurt free? the books says very low fat is free, but 0% is totally fat free so presumably it is a free food? If not, does it count as a HeA or is it synned?? Thaks :) B.
Hi Total 0% Greek Yoghurt is free on all options (green, original and extra easy)

On a green day or an extra easy day peas and sweetcorn are free. It's only on original days that sweetcorn and peas aren't free.

    :)

I have a few more questions, if you wouldn't mind...

Please could you tell me the syns for Tesco Healthy low fat halloumi cheese?

And for Vogels Soya and Linseed bread?

Also, are there syns for drinks? I drink a lot of apple juice, soda water and lime and blackcurrant squash.

thanks so much for all the help :)

Mrs M - just a thought but as you always struggle to use your syns - would you think about using some kind of salad dressing to use some ? EV olive oil and balsamic or some decent mayo just on the side ?

    like i said just a thought :)

Full fat Halloumi is 4.5 syns for 28g and reduced fat halloumi is 3.5syns for 28g ( so the tesco one is 3.5 syns for 28g)

Vogels soya + linseed bread is 5 syns per slice
Apple juice from concentrate is 3 syns for 28ml (hardly anything!), not from concentrate is 2.5 sys for 142ml so definitely avoid concentrate! (must be unsweetened though)

Soda water and lime will be FREE
And as long as is sugar fee/no added sugar/low cal squash is FREE
You can get apple flavoured squash too...
If not the low cal/sugar free blackcurrant squash is 4 syns for 250ml.
