Afternoon all
Well done on the lossesand hugs to those who didn't get what they hoped.....
So then-my meal plan today is:-- 250ml semi skimmed (A)
- melon
- pineapple
- grapes
- banana
- 2 seedy ryvita (B)
- 1 laughing cow light (1.5)
- ham
- kraut salat
- gherkin
- melon
- pineapple
- lamb -stir fried with :-
- 1/4 tsp oil (0.5)
- onion
- mushroom
- cabbage
- carrot
- red pepper
- celery
- 28g sweetcorn (1.5)
- 100g cherry quark (2.5)
- 42g low fat cheddar (A)
- 2 ryvita seedy (B)
- gherkin
I think Im going to use the biccies n cheese for my supper more often -I really like them (I need to do a check on the biccies though as they aren't "ryvita" -they are german and I love them, but I really should check if I should be using them as a healthy B-I think they will be ok,,,,I can get more varieties and they are cheaper -and much nicer -so pinkies crossed
Does anyone have any ryvitas at home (probably a silly question)-I was wondering if you would be able to give me all the nutritional information -so I can compare it against mine to see if they are about the same
Hubbies birthday and he has requested home made pizza -so i have removed some baguetter dough I put in the freezer last time-so that will make him a happy chappy..
Im doing a lamb stir fry mmmmmmmmmmmmm
Hubby is hoping to finish work early to watch the football-hopefully once it is done we can get out and walk the dog... its up a long slow drag of a hill, so hopefully it will be cool by then..
Have a great day everyone and keep up the good work:D-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Hello and congrats to all losers.
me, I'm miserable, I put half a pound ON, dammit! Am mentally flogging myself but not sure what about. Oh well, onwards and upwards. (I've told myself I could have put on just 4 ounces and a fraction, that would take it into the next half pound range)
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hey all,
Weigh in later and I think I should have another pound off, here's hoping eh?
I find that having the scan bran in the morning is good for getting me through to lunch without snacking. I have been having an alpen light bar and 2 1/2 scan bran which is cheating a little but I figure two halves of a healthy B must add up to one whole! I have discovered that spreading them with quark and then having a little onion chutney is pretty delish.
What do other people do about their weigh in days, do you have a lighter lunch than usual/stop drinking anything by a certain time/cut your toenails and trim your hair...?God is good, all the time

WI = at home 1st thing in the morning starkers.. so no room for manovre. However, probably not the best solution to those going to class :rotfl:more helpful is when I went to classes I'd have the lightest food I could so salads mainly with maybe fish, ham and fruit. The at WW we HAD to wear shoes to get on the scales so I bought the flimsiest flip flops I could find and popped them on before the moment of truth, and always wore the same clothes - really heavy stuff for the very 1st weigh in the changed to lightweight clothing (LOL I am such a loser)

MrsM are they the Wasa ones? I have them as like you they are yummy and loads cheaper than the Ryvita but v similar. If so I'd be interested to know what they are as I use them as a B choice too sometimes"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Hi everyone!
Moving house is all finishedCleaning of old flat is all finished
And it's my birthday on Saturday
Today is my first day back on plan properly for a while and I have gained 5lbs over 4 weeks. i have 3 weeks from today until my next holiday and I hope to have re-lost this by then.
So today I have had:
Breakfast: Pineapple and fibre plus bar (HEB)
Lunch: Jacket potato with tune and sald. 2 tbsp extra light salad cream (2syns)
Dinner: Going to try some sort of macaroni cheese with the colmans cheddar cheese packet mix which I will make with my HEA of milk and syn at 3.5 syns per half a packet. This is a bit of an experiment!
Snacks: Mullerlight yogurt, Own brand jaffa cake (2 syns), Mug of tea (.5 syns) Twix xtra (any ideas on syns????), strawberries
I know I will have gone over 15 syns today as I'm pretty sure the twix bar will be that alone but I'm not letting that one slip upset my first day of trying.
So syns will be 8 plus the twix bar.
Does this look ok (apart from the twix:p)????Start weight - 13st 6lbs
First goal weight - 11st 13lbs
Current weight - 12st 6lbs0 -

Hey all,
Lost 2lbs this week, considering all the birthday/fathers day cakes etc. consumed on Sunday, i was pleased - i ideally wanted 4 to reach 4st but i can hopefully reach it next week.
Went to Pizza hut on Monday for my birthday - completely pigged out, but i don't always do it!
Just keeping syns to minimum for rest of week and trying to exercise a bit more to make sure i don't put on!
I have discovered Mikado - lovely - can't believe they are only 1/2syn each - perfect for a lil choc snack when trying to cut down on syns
Only prob with this week is that i only have 15 scan bran left! Forgot to pick some up at class - probably because i was more interested in going to pizza hut! lol Will make sure i have the scan bran towards the end of the week to increase my chances of loosing!!!
Well done to you all x0 -

Yep fingers crossed....I've got sesame ones on the go at the moment and ones called 'Wieloziarniste' which I think is multigrain too but not sure."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0
