sarluk- check out the post on the first page about EE http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=31997687&postcount=1. It is a good plan and does make things much easier! Especially when eating out, I find.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

EXTRA EASY
I'm a SW consultant and the way i explain it to my members is:
Anything that is free on green + Anything that is free on red
= extra easy
Then:
1 healthy extra from the A section
1 Health extra from the B Section.
Then the orange band colour of syns (from the 2010 food optimising book) or the lower syn value from the 2009 FO book!

Hi all
So I had my second WI last night and I put on 1/2 pound. I think I know why though, I have been following EE but haven't been having 1/3 of my meals as vegetables. Also I had bacon the night before and someone mentioned this can retain a lot of water.
Either way this has not deflated me, this week I am cramming in the fruit and veg in the hope that that was the problem. I'll be looking for a good loss on WI on Monday to make up for it and I'll also be doing more walking.
Today I had fruit for breakfast and for lunch I had pasta with broccoli and peas with 2 tbsp of extra light mayo.Member of Quidco and Dooyoo

Afternoon all
Hope everyone is well and having a good day....
Well we went for another walk around the golf course today -so another 3hrs and 10,150 steps under my belt :j
My meal plan for today is:-- 250ml semi skimmed (A)
- 2 bananas
- big salad
- 198g steamed potatoes (B)
- ham
- black grapes mmmmm
- 4 piri piri chicken kebabs (1)
- 227g jacket (B)
- 42g low fat cheddar (A)
- salad
- melon
- pineapple
The piri piri chicken kebabs I got out of the chilled cabinet -so I will wait and see how nice they are, and have some herby quark ready incase they are too hot. Im hoping they are nice as they are nice and low in syns and great for those occasional "lazy" days
My little trotters are still recovering from this morning -so I might have a go on the wii a bit later..
Have a great day everyone and keep up the good work

Sarahrunner1 - As long as you are not going over your syns then I would say no you are not eating too much. I am still astounded by the amount I eat and still losing weight.
When I cheated last week with my syns and I put on 2lbThis week I have eaten LOADS of free stuff and ate around 15 syns a day and after my sneeky peak the other day lost that 2lb.
There are loads of more knowledgable people here that can give you better advice though xx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

Not sure if I understand how the syn finder works on the SW site.
Everything I tried to search for is coming up empty handed.
Does anyone here know the syns for a skinny cow ice cream, either Triple Chocolate sticks or the Mint double choc sticks0 -
