http://www.netmums.com/homelife/Week_One.4616/?utm_source=gmr&utm_medium=email
see if you can get the other 7 weeks and if not i'll post them here too
Ooh, thank you very much, I appreciate that, will have a proper look later.
I used to walk a lot, up and down big hills, I am not sure what went wrongIt is so painful and maybe it is not warming up. I said I would try and jog around but at the moment I would settle for a fast walk so I think I may go out each night and just have a good walk to get myself back up to speed. Might be able to get my Bronze award for that too!

Hi,
I want to start SW again im not ready to go to a class yet so want to try it at home first.
I used to go to class a couple of years ago and i have a food optimising book from then and i now also have a free branded food book from this year.
I don't know enough to try extra easy so i would like to do red/green days.
My questions are:
1.for red/green days are they still the same from a couple of years ago ie...eat as much free foods for which ever day i choose?
2.Eat free foods for chosen day freely from free branded food book?
3.is it still 2 healthy a's and 2 healthy b's?
thanks in advance. x0 -
There are also couch to 5km podcasts which you can download free HERE and via Itunes (also free) The guy tells you when to walk and when to run and it's quite good. You will only be up to week 4 or 5 by the time you do the race but you will be doing it faster than if you just walk it
I've been doing this, and it is a great plan. I would definitely recommend it.
Good day yesterday- I made the delicious mushy pea curry for tea and have more leftover for tonight too. I really is so yummy!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Hi Sarluk, welcome to the board. I too do this from home as SW hasn't reached Poland yet. I did classes a few years ago too and have jumped back on the wagon.
Yes the red & green days are still the same with the 2 HE a & b's. Eat the free food as much as you like... but try to have a lot of super free foods (fruit & veggies) within that as it helps move the weight quicker.
I started off with doing as you are just reds & greens as I was a bit scared of the EE as I didn't know much but now I do them everyday and they are as the title suggests... Extra Easy. The difference is you have 1 HE a & b per day. Your free food is that listed as free on red & green days. So you can eat meat/fish & carbs together. However aim for at least 1/3 of your plate to be super free foods. Sins, just choose the lowest figure out of red/green. (please correct me if I'm wrong guys)
Good luck xx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
