Hi all, I'm back for the umpteenth time!

I've had a serious lack of will power lately as I've been quite stressed, it's the anniversary of my Dads passing and his birthday this week, plus work has been uber busy... at times like this I tend to comfort eat and go for things that are easy and cheap (and full of syns) rather than taking time to make something that's good for me *slaps wrist*

Tomorrow though, no matter how busy I am, I intend to put things right......wish me luck :)

I've already made a lasagne today, to a SW recipe which I can have for tea tomorrow as there is plenty left over, I just need to get the books out again and remind myself of all the lovely foods I can have, instead of thinking of what I can't have.

Green Pixey... can you tell me how you make your spicy Chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese and salsa... ot sound yum

Spicy Chicken with Feta Cheese & Salsa

    2 Chicken Breasts
84g Feta cheese ( I personally find it a bit much and halved it)
    4tbsp Salsa
    1tsp Paprika
    1tsp Cumin
    1tsp black pepper
    juice from 1/2 lemon

Slice the thickest part of chicken open sideways and stuff each with 42g feta (or less) and 2tbsp salsa each. Secure it closed with toothpicks.
Mix the 3 spices and sprinkle over chicken. Brown the chicken on each side in a frying pan , transfer to oven dish and squeeze lemon over. Bake 15-20min @ 200C
    Serve with salad & chips

It is soooo yummy I could eat it every week.
You have to syn the salsa and the cheese (unless the cheese is part of your He A)

Evening ladies...better late than never ehhhh!!

Well done on the losses folks :D

We went out early for a walk around the golf course early this morning...3hrs and approx 10,000 steps later -we were back at the car biggrin.gif
My little fat trotters are aching mind grumble.gif..and we are planning on doing the same tomorrow too .....

So -my meal plan for today was :-
    • 250ml semi skimmed (A)
    • melon
    • banana
    • 1/2 alpen light (call it 1/2 a B ;))
    • 2 egg omelette with :-
    • red onions
    • red pepper
    • ham
    • tomatoes
    • 40g low fat cheddar (A)
    • melon
    • SW tuscan chicken (1.5)
    • 198g steamed potatoes (B)
    • carrots
    • cabbage
    • 56g peas (2)
    • 1 alpen light (1/2 a B)
I have only used 3.5syns -but I have had enough today... so it will have to do.
I made the SW Tuscan chicken (from the world of flavours book) today it is really nice -but I will use breasts next time -(I used skinless, boneless thighs as suggested)Much prefer breasts.

Today I have clocked up 55mins on the wii -the 3hr walk and my steps came to appro 13,000 :j-so that better have burnt some wobble ;)
KandiPandi -C l a i r e is right I do SW online... I really like it -the only thing missing is that they don't have the chat rooms like WW do :( -but I get my fix by using the Minimins sight -there is a SW section and its brilliant...

Right -Im away to my bed..sleep well everyone and hope tomorow finds you all full of enthusiasm:D

Just went out for a 40 minute wander, beautiful sunset over Sheffield tonight.

Anyone else doing Race for Life? I am so, ridiculously unfit and have only a month left, not sure what to do. Hopefully losing a bit of weight will help but still, my calves are so, so painful and tight after such a short time, it isnt a cardio thing.
