Well done everyone, there are some fab losses  I am hoping for a 2lb loss on WI on Thurs so need to be good.

    Today... EE
B - 2 little toasts (HEb), baked beans, mushrooms, frylite egg and 1 rasher of bacon.
L - H/m savoury vegetable rice with a spoon of tonights chilli (1) and cottage cheese
D - SF chips, Beef Chilli (2) huge salad

Snx - 'Special pudding' (5) (not special really but is has aquired this name in our house for some reason. It is just a layer of grapes and chopped banana and layer of LF flavoured yog, layer of granola, more banana, more yog and then sprinkling of granola on the top, then leave in the fridge for 1 hr. Similar to Muller Museli breakfasts. It is yummy)

I don't think I've had enough super free's today but i'll resume tomorrow.

I buy my extra lean mince at Tescos, but the others do it too!
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

We get ours from Tesco its £2 something for 500g I think. Pretty sure most supermarkets sell it these days.

Going to Bella Itallia next week and am dreading it as first meal out since joining.
    Any suggestions please????
    Couple of options:

Spaghetti BolgneseItalian Restaurant, Spaghetti Bolognese, average portion, 360g serving 7.5 syns Syns from SW site

Tonno Salad Flaked tuna with cannellini beans, plum tomatoes, pitted olives, red onions, green beans & a hard boiled egg on a bed of cos lettuce with lemon dressing

Leave the olives.. dressing on the side. Should be pretty much free on EE, though not very exciting.

Polpette Americano. Succulent beef and pork meatballs with garlic and herbs in a rich tomato sauce on a bed of spaghetti

Shouldn't be too bad.. perhaps similar syns to the bolgnese

My other suggestions is to just have what you like, enjoy it and then start fresh morning after. Sometimes, you have to be flexible :D

    Hi Laura,

Welcome to the thread, it's very chatty and supportive so I hope you find it useful. Hope you had a good night out - just leave it behind and get back on track now - if you eat healthily you'll soon make up for a few extra syns.

    Hi Inazuma,
Thanks, did have a good night but hada bout a million squillion syns :rotfl: Still, back on it to today.

Had a BBQ with my parents for fathers day and had a small slip and ate a slice of bread and butter (naughty) but even over-estimating syns i have come in at 15.5syns so not too bad. I weigh in Thursday so a few low syn days and a bit of exercise and this week may just be salvageable :)

    Food today:
Mainly one large meal (got up late :p)

Breakfast: 2x Alpen light bars (HEB)

    Lunch/dinner:
1xextra thick slice of white bread 6.5 syns (over-estimated)
    2tsp lurpack lighter 3 syns (over-estimated)
    2x asda 1/2 fat sausages 2 syns
    BBq steak Free
    BBq Gammon Free
    Jacket potato Free
V low fat cottage cheese Free
Salad: lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, radishes Free
BBq'd Banana Free with choc buttons 4 syns (over-estimated this as didn't have a full bag, had about 9 choc buttons in the banana :p)

    Snack at bed time:
    250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)
    Activia fat free yoghurt Free

    Total: 15.5syns (possibly less)

Morning everyone, hope you are all well.

I peeked on the scales this morning :D and I have lost the 2lb I put on last week so hopefully I can squeeze and extra lb off before WI on Thursday and be back on track.

    Today (Green)
B -1 little toast (half HEb) marmite. Spanish Omelette
L - H/m savoury vegetable rice, quorn sausage and salad
    D - Macaroni Cheese (HEa x 2) (approx 4 syns) Salad.
Snx - Apple and milky way (21g) (5)

will probably have other stuff but don't know what yet as I need another HEb.

Good luck to everyone for today :A
