    Ok my food for today:

    Breakfast
    Strawberries, with low fat Strawberry Yogurt

    Lunch
    Tomato Mug Shot

    Tea
    4 x Rashers of bacon, SW chips (using 1tsp oil - 2 syns), Egg

    HEA
    250ml SS Milk

    HEB
    2 x slices of toast, 2 tsps Low Fat Lurpak - 3 syns

    Snacks etc
    Banana, 5 Rashers Bacon, Tea, Coffee, Pepsi Max, Muller Rice (small pot) - 5 Syns

    is that 9 rashers of bacon in one day ? 4 for tea and 5 for snacks ?

    Yeah I know I need more veg, we havent got much in yet, only have strawbs and Bananas

    Yes thats 9 rashers of bacon, your allowed as much as you want though, I was going to have a bacon sarnie for lunch but didnt, so I just nommed them as a snack

    Food today

    B - weetabix [b + 3.5] milk [a] coffee

    L - 3 ww bread [7.5], ex light salad cream [.5], lettuce, tomato, cucumber, babybel [a], muller, fibre plus , crisps [6.5]

    T - noodles, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions.

    Snacks - carrots, pineapple + muller [have posted tthis several times this week as part of my meal but is the 1st time I have actually had it :o this is why I don't plan much as it never happens lol]

    Syns - 18 again oh well still within weekly amount. Its playground duty that does it, that and the fact I got the wrong bread :(

    WI tomorrow & not holding out much hope, don't feel any different to last week :(.

    The bacon is free but be aware if you eat it within a day or two of WI you will retain water because of the salt. I was soooooo gutted to have put on 3lb one week because i had been angelic but had had bacon sarnies on the tues and wed and because my oh had bulk bought it had gammon on the mon and tues tea
    the following week i lost it all and another 2 lb so i never hav it past sunday breakfast HTH X X X X X X

    PS they are a welsh company - my little sis used to work for them x they are lush and i think are worth the syns def

    I agree, I very rarely eat crisps but these are so worth it. Thanks for doing the calculations for me :D

    WOW hes a big baby, makes my eyes water thinking about it :eek: my son was 8lb 3oz & I thought that was big lol. Sounds like hes going to be a bruiser. Congratulations though :T

    I do drink a lot during the day, been having water with lemon juice squirted in when i get bored of water! usually eat alot of veg, but its end of the month when money runs very low. But will make sure I get alot more in.

    Thanks for that I'll remember to stay away from the bacon from tuesday lol (weigh in is thurs)

    Thanks TIE he certainly was a big baby lol, thankfully I was drugged up to the eyeballs so didnt feel the pain lol (he was delivered by emergency forceps due to his heartbeat dropping, he had a pneumothorax when he was born and was in special care for a week but he is smashing now)

    I dont know what to have today, I am browsing the curry feast book and think I might make a big pan of curry using quorn for my lunches

    B 50g Muesli with milk HEA1 and HEB1 and 2

    L sw chips, egg, beans mushrooms

    eat smart beef red wine with mash - 7 syns
    with veg

    milk in coffee HEA2
