    Today's menu....

B - 2 little toasts (B), tomatos, mushrooms, frylite egg and 1 bacon.
L - Massive salad, pasta & tomato sauce & low fat Mozzarella (A).
D - Cajun chicken, JP and salad.
Snx - Yoghurt, Granola, banana & grape pud (5). Veggie rice. Maybe chopped apple. Apple juice (5) Milkyway 21g bar (5)

I will need to cut down on my syns throughout the week as I had 30 yesterday... going into town to watch the match.. wish I hadn't now now!

Next week also I am going to have to find some yummy recipes to cook as I am finding I always have chicken, salad and JP/Rice... and I will get bored soon and fall off the wagon:o

Good luck for today everyone... lets hope we all stick to our plans xxx

would this be a green day and would i need to eat anything else?

    B 50g Muesli with milk HEA1 and HEB1 and 2

L sw chips, egg, beans mushrooms

eat smart beef red wine with mash - 7 syns
    with veg

    milk in coffee HEA2

Yes it could be a green day. Just remember eat lots of the superfree foods... veggies, fruits etc. I know the rule is more towards EE day but I try to fill at LEAST 1/3 of my plate full of these foods usually more like 1/2.

The more of these foods you eat the easier it will be to shift the lb's.

    xx

    Hello :hello:
I normally post over on the SW thread on the 'wedding' board as I am trying to loose weight to fit into a frock :p Sometimes it's a bit quiet over there though and I end up talking to myself :rotfl:So I thought I might pop over here for a chat now and again :)

Here is my post from earlier:
Forgive me fellow SW members, for I have syn-ed.
I wanted some chocolate this morning so I bought the smallest bar of galaxy choc, scoffed it then realised it was 12.5 syns . I also had a cup of tea (terrible, I know) with milk not in my allowance (having cheese as HEA) so that another 0.5 syns. 13 syns and it's not even mid-day. AND I'm going out tonight and KNOW I have no intention of being good tonight. What's wrong with me?! :p
My full diary so far is:
Breakfast: chocolate :o12.5syns,tea with milk 0.5syns, Activia fat free Free
    Snack: Cherries Free
Lunch: Lettuce Free, Carrot Free, Red Cabbage Free, Chicken with cajun seasoning Free 3 x babybel light HEA

I have a banana and an apple still to eat.. but tonight I will be eating rubbish (party food) and drinking, which I knew so little disappointed in myself for caving in and having chocolate this morning :o
  • woohoo 4lb off this week - finally on the right track I think :-)

I don't have an up to date password to use, so wondered if anyone would be kind enough to tell me the syns for a tesco light choice tomato and cheese pasta bake ready meal please?

I have bought it as a quick easy thing to take to work tomorrow, normally I get the light choice creamy mushroom pasta when I'm feeling lazy, but they had none in store, and after an 11 hour shift the last thing I fancy doing is cooking something for tomorrows lunch!

Thank you so much to anyone that can help. :)

    Hi gang :)

Just thought Id pop back in, been more off than on, but I am now a size 10 :j ( officially in 3 shops :j)

So i don't want to lose much more, but am naturally eating lots of the chicken, cottage cheese salad, rice cakes type stuff and I'm maintaining. It doesnt help that my booklet still hasn't been found :( So I am doing what I can from memory and sticking with the basic premise :D

Hope everyone is doing well :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
