Seems my password has expired
I didn't go to meeting last week as had my nieces birthday meal. Bit strange cos the passwords usually last two weeks, but will get the new one on Wednesday or will give my consultant a ring if I get desperate.
In the meantime could anyone recommend a nice tasting low syn margarine please. (if there is such a thing :rotfl:). I usually use flora lighter than light but my Tescos dont have any at the moment. I literally only use it on my new potatoes to make them feel a bit naughtySome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
Hi Ladies, can I creep in if I sit quietly at the back?
I have done slimming world on and off for years and after feeling fed up this last week I have decided to get back on the wagon and follow the plan. It's the only real one that works for me (when I stick to it that is).
I can't get to a class due to work and kid committments so I have been contemplating joining online, does anyone else do this, and how does it work for you?
Anyhoo I got weighed in this morning and I am officially on board and feeling positive about it, here's hoping it lasts! You can stand there and agonize........

Morning All,
I bought some Mugshots this morning - is it just the cheese ones that are not free?
I hope everyone is feeling motivated for the start of the week - I'm feeling rather positive although its been 3 weeks and I've not lost anything yet but I think I'll be a slow starter as I don't have loads to lose just a bit
Sending you all positive vibes and enthusiasm0 -
If anyone uses the Alpen Light bars as one of their Healthy Bs can I recommend the following:
Chop up a banana, pour over a vanilla with chocolate sprinkles Muller Light and crumble an Alpen Light bar over the top.
Delicious!God is good, all the time

Hi all -
So it's my second WI tonight and I am looking forward to it but I am scared! According to my scales I haven't lost anything but my weight can change by nearly half a stone at different times of the day! So we'll see... going to have a light day today food wise and have nothing too heavy.
Breakfast - 3 oranges
Lunch - Pasta with Tuna and extra light Mayo (4 syns)
Dinner - Probably bacon, egg and SW chips
Snacks - banana and Muller light.
Drinking loads of water today too. Good luck to everyone for this week!Member of Quidco and Dooyoo

Hi Guys,
Well i've had a dismal week this past week! Weigh in is tomorrow but due to pmt extreme i was a bit excessive in the chocolate consumption and crisps! So i fully expect a gain 2m. I'm cross with myself really but i know that this week i can start afresh and not give in to temptation. I'm doing the race for life this weekend so am hoping that will help on the exercise front although have not prepared for it at all so am a bit worried about it.
So far today i've had bacon eggs and herbal tea for brekkie and lunch i haven't been too hungry so had 2 plums and an apple. i have some other items in my desk drawer for later. Dinner will be a jacket potato and beans i expect.
I feel a bit disheartened and am dreading the weigh in tomorrow so am just hoping it isn't a massive gain!!
Tink xDebt to clear: feels endless...
Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb
Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..

I know that the Alpen light bars are 3 syns but B&M Bargains had ordinary Alpen bars 99p.
Could anyone tell me what the points in those would be?
Not the strawberry yog one as it looked quite high in sats.0 -

Have you tried olive oil on potato? I used to love it on a jacket potato, and a teaspoon is a couple of syns and would give you that lovely glisten on the new pots plus a lovely taste. Or Butter Buds, but I know some people don't like them (I do!):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
