I am really hoping for a 3lb loss tonight - but a sneaky look on scales this morning shows only about 1 or 2lb!
even if its just 1 or 2lb hun,its still 1 or 2 lbs that are not sitting on your waist or thighs any more! even if you sts its good!!
don't feel bad or guilty, just take each day as it comes (((((((hugs))))))))0 -
Evening SW-ers. I haven't been on here for so long but have finally accepted that I've managed to undo the 35lb loss from a couple of years ago, so am starting again! I used to live on alpen light bars but I have discovered the more economical Aldi version - they're called Harvest Moon Benefit-less-than-70-calories and they're available in the exact same flavours BUT taste better - and their nutritional values are very similar to the alpen ones....any idea how to syn them?
please help.0 -
I tried SW online but cant find the syns for REAL HANDCOOKED JALAPENO PEPPER potato crisps 25g. Anyone knows the syns for me?0

I have no idea but they sound lush!
I was a bit naughty and had a Nando's for lunch. Can anyone help me out with the syns for a Veggie Pitta? (Was on hols last week and cannot remember far enough back for the password before I went away). I just had it with a corn on the cob with no butter or anything, plus my son has some of my bread so hopefully it's not too dreadful. I've only used two other syns today and walked 3 miles so should be okay!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

ok another question for those that do red and green days
if you did a green day which obv restricts meat etc. can i have a weightwatchers or eat smart meal with veg and mash for main dinner and count the syns on the ww meal etc
say i had 28g muesli ( whicyh is 5 syns ) but counted it as my two HEB
could i have beans and jacket spud or the free batchelors rice for lunch
then a ww meal veg and pot for dinner
would that class as a green day?0
